Holiday rentals with a patio in Montréal

Elena is a great host and this was a fantastic place to stay! Everything is very clean and comfortable and with the amenities it feels like someone could really live there full time. The neighbourhood is peaceful and not too far from the city centre via the Beaubien or Saint-Zotique bus. We would recommend Elena's apartment to anyone and will definitely stay there again!

Mendy was a great host- always responded to questions quickly and all the information for check-in was clear! The apartment was nice, we had 6 people in our party & we didn't feel crowded at all. The building is clean and only a 7 minute walk from the nearest metro station, so getting downtown was easily accessible. :)

It was a nice place in a perfect location. The place had everything you would need, and it felt like home.

Was in Montreal for my hockey birthday weekend and found Julia’s place by chance. It was right down the road from where our game was and was easily accessible to everywhere we needed to go. Will stay again if we are ever in Laval again

The space is exactly as described. The community/houses around are so beautiful as well. The space was clean and well maintained.

Great stay for our annual Easter visit to Quebec. Jason’s place accommodated our family perfectly. The kitchen is well stocked with everything that you could want or need Enough towels for our family of 6. Jason is a super host making you feel right at home and quick to respond to all messages and seeing that your needs are met. Nabil's place was well worth the stay. A cute apartment on the second story with a gorgeous spiral staircase leading to it. Very clean with all of our expectations meant. Nabil was very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again.

When I arrived we had an issue and wasn’t able to stay at Chris’ place. But Chris was a pro about it - jumped in and resolved our situation so quickly. It’s always great to know a host will help when things go wrong. It’s as important as making sure things are right. This host is very trustworthy.

Very nice place all the comodites nearby restaurant grocery store supermarket super walking it's very close to the highways easy to access I will rent again insuredly and I highly recommend it. What price is extra

Gabrielle's place was comfortable with easy access to public transit and short walks to vibrant neighborhoods. Nearby cafe's, grocery, and pharmacy stores are convenient. Gabrielle is very responsive and keen to help in any way.

Very clean place! We was there for a job in Laval with an employee. Very appreciated the private parking and the full coffee pot available, makes such a difference for us. We will stay at the same place next time we have to stay in Laval.
