Our completely renovated oak house for up to 7 people can be rented immediately. The oak house with its own large garden is located in the idyllic village of Güldenstein with a wide view over the surrounding fields. There are two double rooms with en-suite shower bath, another double room shares the bathroom with a single room. Old Gardener’s House – a waterside paradise

The former gardener’s house, originally built in 1710, is nestled in the stunning natural landscape of the picturesque Holsteinische Schweiz, directly on the Schwentine River, one of Schleswig-Holstein’s longest rivers. In 2025, the house was lovingly restored with meticulous attention to detail. The result is a true gem situated directly opposite Schleswig-Holstein’s oldest manor estate. The surrounding landscape of lakes, fields, forests, and gentle hills lends the area its captivating charm.

Construction trailer Hoppetosse Baltic Sea view

In the middle of fields and Knicks, you will find a quiet spot on the edge of the field with panoramic views over the Baltic Sea, the Baltic Sea beach can be reached in 20 minutes by bike. A newly developed 14 m" large construction trailer with a bed (160), a small kitchenette and one seating inside/outside awaits you. The toilet and shower are located in another construction trailer next door. Fresh vegetables and eggs from our garden are available seasonally, as well as a folding bike :)

Our cosy Tegelstuuv on the Tegelhof invites guests from all over the world who would like to experience Probstei and the Baltic Sea for a few days. This is how the old granary of the former cowshed was transformed into a charming guest apartment with three rooms and a cosy living-dining area.
