Excluded, cottage in rural setting

Welcome to our little cottage which we call Exemption! The property is located in beautiful Småland village of Älö, 15 min from Vimmerby, ELF. Nearby are nice swimming areas. The exception is located on the outskirts of our plot, one side to a small garden with patio and the other side to an idyllic Småland cow garden. The cottage is from turn of the turn of the century and carefully renovated. Old windows, doors and floors are preserved. We who rent out the Exemption are called Elsa & Andreas, where our two children and some linen meat pigs also live here.

Free year round living out in the countryside with the forest next door. 500m to nearest neighbor and host. Proximity to lake, swimming and fishing. Possibility to borrow a boat. 25-30 minutes by car to Vimmerby, Astrid Lindgrens värld and Noisy Village. 35 minutes to Eksjö trästaden, about 12 km to Mariannelund. (nearest grocery store) Emils Katthult about 6 km. Among other things, two national parks, (Kvill and Skurugata), close by with nice walking trails. Flea markets. Lovely nature outside the house for forest excursions or swimming and fishing.

Mysig timmerstuga vid sjön Sommen. Utmärkt för er som vill komma ut till det stillsamma och varva ner från vardagsstressen. Lugnt läge med den vilda naturen runt omkring er. 150 meter bakom stugan finns grillplats och vacker vy över sjön Sommen. Fina skogsområden med promenadstråk och vandringsleder för svamp- och bärplockning. Stor chans att få se mycket vilt som rådjur, älg, räv och även Havsörn. 500 meter promenadstig till ångbåtshamn, badplats och fiske.

Lakeside cabin outside Vimmerby

Lovely cottage with large plot and about 100 meters to the lake. Swings and sandboxes are available. The cottage is 60 + 15 + 30 sqm.. Very child friendly ... During the warm summer of 2018 and 2019 the guests were very grateful for our well functioning AC. A/C is available in both houses. Wonderful large terrace full of toys for children to find activities both indoors and outdoors.
