Stølshaugen

The cabin is idyllically located with panoramic views of the beautiful village of Førde, the fjord and even much further. Although the cabin is located on top of a hill, it is located on a farm, where sheep and lambs graze nearby. The cabin has a distinctive character, is more than 100 years old and has, among other things, a large, carved Viking ship model hanging from the ceiling. The entire cabin was restored a few years ago and then got modern equipment such as a new bathroom with heating cables and a new kitchen with all the necessary equipment.

Enjoy birdsong among the oak trees on the property, and feel your heart rate slow down, for young and old. Here you can experience the Knausen cabin, which was built in 1940 and has retained most of its original character. Here the beds are built into the rooms, there is no Wi-Fi and dishes must be washed by hand. However, the location can bring peace of mind with beautiful lake views of Ålfjorden, a large property with a lot of natural land, access to the beach, fishing and a short distance to Ølen, Etne, Odda/Trolltunga, Haugesund and Karmøy.

The boathouse is very tastefully decorated, and is beautifully located right by the quay. Good communication makes it easy to get to/from Stavanger and attractions in the region. The boathouse has two jetties and a small boat, as well as great hiking, swimming and fishing opportunities. It is located southwest-facing which means many nice sunsets. We are in the process of developing a cozy and charming little place with brewery, cafe and shop. You can order fresh items for breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything served and sold is made here.

In the tastefully decorated living room there is an open kitchen with large dining table with room for everyone around the table. There you can enjoy a good meal with your family and friends. Marked hikes in the area lead you to nice peaks. One of Norway's finest golf courses is close by. Excellent fishing opportunities in the sea down by the jetty, 200 metres from the holiday home Day trip: Nipaståvo cabin is located 2 km from the cabin.

Here you can enjoy the days in calm surroundings with nature close by, either in and by the cabin or by using the amazing nature that surrounds the cabin. The cabin has recently been completely renovated and contains a living room and kitchen in one, 3 bedrooms with room for 6 - 8 people, bathroom, basement with washing machine, internet and TV. There is easy access by car all the way to the door.

It is also possible to take a day trip to the Pulpit Rock.
