Phuong is a great host. Her house is warm and clean. And she is a very kind person. When I lost my visa in Ho Chi Minh, she helped me a lot to get a new visa. Highly recommended to stay here!

this is a great place) i needed to stay for a couple of days to work in silence. i saw this ad and thought "i really haven't been to a real vietnamese house". the family accepted me very well, i think when you come here you will understand that all people are the same everywhere) dad, mom, they are all equally kind and homely)) there is good internet, speed about 60-70, that's enough. i slept until noon and there were no problems, noise didn't bother me) thank you very much for accepting me for a few days and feeding me delicious food 🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶 there is a store nearby with groceries and everything you need, but it's more like a store inside the house, but there is no problem or suspicion in that, people live like that, you can buy and not worry about the quality of the goods. Here you are not buying the room itself, but the experience of living in a Vietnamese family's house, it is more interesting than just a hotel. This can be allocated as a separate block of the trip.

Cozy spot in district 7. Has a nearby 7-11 and access to coffee shops right around the corner. No noise and easy to work at night which was exactly what I needed.

We stayed at this accommodation for about 17 days. Since it was our first time visiting Ho Chi Minh City, there were moments when things felt unfamiliar and a bit overwhelming. However, the warm and welcoming atmosphere of this place truly melted our hearts. We are especially grateful to the host for their prompt and thoughtful responses, and to the manager, Ms. Dung, who went above and beyond to help us with cleaning, laundry, and many other things to make our stay comfortable. Every morning, Ms. Dung greeted us with a kind smile and kept the house clean and cozy, which allowed us to return from our busy days and relax comfortably with friends. Our first visit to Ho Chi Minh has become such a lovely memory thanks entirely to this place. Because of this experience, we genuinely want to come back to Ho Chi Minh someday. Thank you so much for creating such a special and unforgettable memory for us.

This apartment was a real gem and extremely valuable, it was great place for energy-charging hideaway and only took 25 minutes from downtown District 1. Enjoying private swimming pool and watching the sunset was unforgettable experience for us. The view from the pool overlooks a serene landscape which is rarely find anywhere else in Saigon. Super gorgeous apartment with very positive vibe, we enjoy every moment here. The hosts were responsive and helpful for any questions that we had. 100% recommend, wish we could stay longer and cant wait to be back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Extremely comfortable stay with 2 nice sized bedrooms one resembling a cool Japanese design. Many marts, coffee shops and a bank close by. Easy parking and friendly building staffs with 24/7 security. I had a very pleasant stay here and host is always quick to respond and helpful. Thank you for having me!

this place is more than just an airbnb..it's home. the capacity is quite big that can fit 5 people. even though there's only 3 of us. everything is clean and clear. he has the manual book for us to figure things out. if not you can contact him. the place is amazing. i love it!!

We chose this place because it's the only Airbnb in Ho Chi Minh that offers free access to both the pool and gym. At most other Airbnbs, you have to pay for every use, but here, you can use the gym and pool anytime you want at no extra cost. The location is great, it's close to District 1 but situated in a quiet and less busy area. The host is very prompt and efficient, regularly checking in to see how our stay is going and asking if we need anything. We requested extra towels, and they delivered them right away after I messaged Hai Yen. I love the gym equipment, they have everything you need. The only thing missing is music to help motivate gym-goers while working out. The pool is also great, it's large and well-maintained. There's even a Family Mart downstairs, so if you get hungry, you can just head down and grab a snack or meal.

The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures – clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly kind and professional, always quick to respond and helpful throughout our stay. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

I genuinely was in awe when I entered the room, because every details, furnitures, decor, sofa, bed, all are put there with a purpose so it felt like I stepped into a beautiful curated for living. Everything is clean and neat. The host is absolutely amazing; he checked on me everyday if I needed anything and also gave really good recommendations. The furniture is all vintage, and has all appliances you would ever need, including Vietnamese coffee and tea sets, that I enjoyed every morning. With the lamps and vintage decor, it is such a cozy ambient. There was also a Marshall speaker which I loved 😍, and also a Smart TV you can use. Overall, the place was a major part of my trip as I indeed enjoyed my time there and everything around it (as it is in the center of HCMC). I would definitely book again. Bonus: when I was there, there was a cute little poodle greeting me everyday at the entrance 😄
