Holiday rentals with a sauna in District 8

This place was located very centrally in Ho Chi Minh City and was an enjoyable stay.

Tiffany is highly professional, easy to communicate with, and meticulous in managing the unit. The apartment was sparkling clean on arriving and fully equipped, even down to the water bottle dispenser. The pictures are accurate in all respects. I will definitely rent from Tiffany again.

We had an amazing stay. The location is perfect and the apartment is stunning—modern, new, and beautifully furnished. The rooftop pool is absolutely breathtaking and made the experience unforgettable. The value for what we paid was exceptional, and the individually controlled AC in each room was a great touch. The building felt very safe with strong security throughout. A couple things to note: this is a luxury residential building, and it’s unclear if Airbnb stays are officially allowed. It didn’t affect our experience, but something to consider if that matters to you. Also, there was a faint high-pitched beeping in the primary bedroom—earplugs helped. Despite those two small things, I would 100% stay here again. The home, amenities, and overall experience were top-tier.

I had a wonderful stay at Joyce place! The home was cozy, well-equipped, and in a great location. Everything was spotless, and the attention to detail made it feel like a home away from home. Joyce was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Host was very helpful and was very responsive. kept guiding me right thru my stay. The rooms were spacious and clean .The host helped me to keep my luggage post my check out time which was very nice of them . in fact they offered to get it picked up and keep it safely which is very rare of any . Beautiful room, light, cozy decor. The lobby is nice, the receptionists and the security are very friendly. The internal utilities are very good, the pool is large, there is a very ideal place to walk.

Communication with Yolande was good from the time we booked the apartment to the time we checked out. Yolande was very quick to respond to our messages and I felt sure if we had had any queries she would have been very helpful as she was keen to ensure we enjoyed our visit.

The host was so kind ~ Even though it was late at night, they welcomed our family ~ Needless to say, the house was so cozy and comfortable. The cleaner is also a really warm and nice person. My family and friends rent this house for April 30. The house is centrally located, convenient transportation, large alley accessible, quiet. The room is new, clean and tidy, just like the description. People are very friendly and hospitable. Thank you Host Hang and Mr Tam for having us these days, the house was so nice and clean. Definitely will come back next trip
