My trip was amazing and I will come back more times and stay in the apartment without a doubt, we only had a little unforeseen with the water from the bathroom shower but it was solved very quickly by the condominium janitor Mr. Jailson very friendly and helpful. I loved having stayed in this beautiful and wonderful house,had air conditioning and bathroom in both bedrooms, a clean pool and the nearby beach was very quiet,my family liked it too much,it was worth it, I highly recommend it, it made me want to stay longer.When we went to Porto Seguro we intend to stay in the same house again!

My stay was excellent! The site was exactly as described in the listing, all very clean, organized and well-maintained. I was staying with my family from 5/5/2025 to 13/5/2025, excellent apartment bed linen, kitchen with impeccable vases, I just missed an air fryer would make the stay even easier. Bruna is always very attentive and kind. On a next visit in Porto Seguro I would choose the Monte Carmelo condominium again for sure.

Great stay. The apartment, very comfortable, well decorated, with appearance of "house of us", extremely functional and equipped. The location is strategic, both for the trendiest beaches/bars and downtown. There are supermarkets, restaurants, bars and pharmacies nearby. The condominium is very safe, it is because they are few units, it becomes easy to know the other users. The owners were very receptive and malleable. Nanci is very available in all contacts by phone and Aelson, who welcomed us, very friendly and made himself available to him. Surely the accommodation will be on our return list. We very much enjoyed our stay, cozy place, the super attentive Valéria and very pleasant atmosphere. Location close to the beach, restaurant and markets. The only thing left to be desired was the bathroom, mainly social, because it was a fossa in the city, the stench and the vase clogged very easily. We passed the case to Valeria as responsible. it was very nice to know the region the place is very pleasant as described in the advertisement and I would say that even a little more is the beach ladinho which, by the way, I considered one of the best here in the region, especially for those who have a swimming pool that has in the place that is very good well cared for by the employees unfortunately we can not enjoy it because it rained a lot in the days we came but knowing the region was worth a lot, for sure, we will return to another opportunity for sure.

It was an incredible experience, the house is wonderful and cozy, MUCH more beautiful than the photos show. The condominium is so peaceful! Super safe, the concierge works 24 hours. About 15 minutes from the centre of Arraial, about 4 minutes of dirt road (excellent road), we went by car so it was super quiet. The kitchen is complete, only the stove oven wasn't working, but we used the microwave a lot. The service area was super useful, we used the washing machine to wash clothes, there is a floor clothesline, iron and ironing board. The bathrooms are beautiful and even have a hair dryer. The air conditioning in the living room dripped a little water on the floor when it was at a very low temperature, but we managed to keep the house at a nice temperature without any problems. We stayed 6 nights and felt at home and whenever we return to Arraial we will plan to stay there. It's impossible to stay and not fall in love with the place.

We like the house very much, especially for the location. It is a short time from the centrinho, it is very quick to go there by car or van.
