If you are looking for a light, family atmosphere very close to the beach, you have just found it! Peace and coziness on 2 floors and split air-conditioning throughout the house. A beautiful and inviting swimming pool is in front of you, with tables and sun loungers, as well as a sauna to relax in at the end of the day and after the beach. Quiet and helpful neighborhood, you will feel like you are living in a pleasant neighborhood, with security and infrastructure. Beautiful house, high standard, on the sand, located in the best luxury condominium in Arraial D'ajuda (Condomínio Águas D'ajuda). Our house is fully air-conditioned, has 4 en-suites (two with king-size beds, two with 2 single beds (which can be converted into a king-size bed) and one en-suite has a lounge with two single mattresses). On the ground floor, we have a complete kitchen integrated with a large living and dining room (with toilet) and a large balcony (with sofa, hammock and table for 8 people).
