We rent an apartment, located on the ground floor of our house. We live in the mountains, on the heights of the village under the Parmelan mountain, 860m above sea level. This apartment is located 20 minutes by car from Annecy's Lake (12km) and 40 minutes from La Clusaz ski station (23km). It will appropriate for lovers of tranquility and mountain activities, summer and winter, but also for lovers of water activities (paddle, kayak, swimming on the lake) and fishers (Fier, Bornes, Annecy lake).

Notre chalet orienté sud ouest est situé au chef lieu de notre charmant petit village de Dingy St Clair. Il est totalement indépendant avec son jardin, sa terrasse et son parking privatif. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 3 voyageurs (1 lit deux places et 1 canapé convertible). Un hamac vient compléter l'aménagement pour un moment de détente. Le Mazot au fil de l'Ô promises you a break from time. Nestled in a peaceful alpine hamlet, this cocoon between chalet and cabin is bordered by two streams, in the middle of nature. At 800 m altitude, at the foot of the Parmelan plateau, it is located between Lake Annecy (15 min) and the Aravis slopes (30 min). Chalet located in the municipality of Dingy-Saint-Clair in a quiet environment at the foot of the Parmelan cliffs, close to Lake Annecy (15 km), the Aravis resorts (20 km) and Geneva (60 km). 80 m² chalet with independent entrance, equipped kitchen open to dining room and living room, bedroom (1 bed 160/200) with bathroom, toilet, terrace and garden access. Upstairs, mezzanine (2-seater sofa bed), bedroom (1 bed 140/190), bathroom and toilet.

The owner lives in the chalet above but the cottage is completely independent and without common areas Free parking 2 cars. Optional cleaning to be paid on site: €30.

The location is ideal for visiting the Lake Annecy area and its mountains. Sports or relaxing holidays... It's up to you! The chalet is located next to our main house while being totally independent.
