We rent an apartment, located on the ground floor of our house. We live in the mountains, on the heights of the village under the Parmelan mountain, 860m above sea level. This apartment is located 20 minutes by car from Annecy's Lake (12km) and 40 minutes from La Clusaz ski station (23km). It will appropriate for lovers of tranquility and mountain activities, summer and winter, but also for lovers of water activities (paddle, kayak, swimming on the lake) and fishers (Fier, Bornes, Annecy lake).

Notre chalet orienté sud ouest est situé au chef lieu de notre charmant petit village de Dingy St Clair. Il est totalement indépendant avec son jardin, sa terrasse et son parking privatif. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 3 voyageurs (1 lit deux places et 1 canapé convertible). Un hamac vient compléter l'aménagement pour un moment de détente. Le Mazot au fil de l'Ô promises you a break from time. Nestled in a peaceful alpine hamlet, this cocoon between chalet and cabin is bordered by two streams, in the middle of nature. At 800 m altitude, at the foot of the Parmelan plateau, it is located between Lake Annecy (15 min) and the Aravis slopes (30 min). An ideal starting point for hiking, skiing, cycling or simply reconnecting in a quiet and rejuvenating setting. Here, luxury is nature, here we slow down, we reconnect

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish 3* furnished apartment located in Menthon Saint Bernard. It is bright and is located on the top floor of our house with a separate entrance. The apartment will enchant you with its privacy and comfort. Not overlooked, the house is at the end of a cul-de-sac. Not suitable for children. In summer and winter, you can enjoy many outdoor activities. There's plenty to do in the way of culture. Not accessible for people with limited mobility.

Chalet located in the municipality of Dingy-Saint-Clair in a quiet environment at the foot of the Parmelan cliffs, close to Lake Annecy (15 km), the Aravis resorts (20 km) and Geneva (60 km). 80 m² chalet with independent entrance, equipped kitchen open to dining room and living room, bedroom (1 bed 160/200) with bathroom, toilet, terrace and garden access. Upstairs, mezzanine (2-seater sofa bed), bedroom (1 bed 140/190), bathroom and toilet.

Ideal for solo adventurers, business travellers and for a holiday retreat, “L’Appart” is a fully furnished, one-bedroom alpine accommodation for up to two people (there is space for a travel cot which we can also provide). We have no neighbours so you will feel well-rested!

The location is ideal for visiting the Lake Annecy area and its mountains. Sports or relaxing holidays... It's up to you! The chalet is located next to our main house while being totally independent.
