It was so comfortable both as a workstation and staycation. Can work and relax at peace, and all needed places is walking distance. Recommended for future stay!

Ngirit has been a quiet, comfortable, and convenient study space away from home—something I truly appreciate while working on my graduate studies. My stay happened to coincide with my 40th birthday, and the hosts went out of their way to make it extra special with a thoughtful welcome gift and a handwritten note I’ll be keeping as a keepsake. Special thanks to Ms. Janice and to the custodian for being extra helpful whenever I stay. Their warmth and consideration made all the difference, and I’ll definitely be booking again making the unit a vital part of my academic journey. :-)

Definitely worth every penny! My family had a great time in this place. What I've the most is that there's 2 wide televisions. Lots of tissue napkins! It's very convenient if you forgot to brought tissue. Not all of the airbnb hosts provide tissue napkins in their units. Special feature of this place is that there is a secured parking for this unit. Staying here really feels like you're at home!

Second time booking and still no complaints! The unit is super clean, cozy, and really feels like home whenever I’m in the Philippines. Sir Raffy and Ma’am Rach are so easy to talk to and very accommodating. Even though I had quite a few requests, they handled them all to ensure a comfortable stay. They’re quick to reply and very respectful, even my husband felt how warm and welcoming they are. Thank you so much!

This is my second time staying at Veronica's place and I can definitely recommend them whenever youre staying in or around Eastwood. The unit is spotless, easily accessible, convenient since everything you'll need is within walking distance, staff are friendly and the host is very thoughtful, respectful and attentive. They always make sure to respond on time whenever you have any questions or concerns and they go out of their way to make sure you have everything you'll need to have a enjoyable time at their unit. Had a great stay! The hosts were very responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. The place looks exactly like it does in the pictures—clean, minimalist, and super cozy. It’s also in a great location, with malls and shops just a short walk away. Definitely will come back for another stay!

Good place to stay

Kristine Joy’s place was so comfortable rejuvenating and nourishing for me. So so cozy especially with the rain now. She even provides a water dispenser which is sadly rare in Airbnb’s of this price range. I miss it already and wish to go back soon.

The place was really nice and clean. We found ourselves constantly admiring the view, from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. It was peaceful, cozy, and exactly what we needed. The host was very communicative from the time of booking all the way through checkout—super helpful and accommodating, which made everything smooth and hassle-free. The only minor issue was that the Wi-Fi would get slow at times, so we had to use mobile data occasionally, but it wasn’t a big deal for us. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

The place is nice and beautiful in person! I highly recommend this to my friends and family. There some things I want to suggest, tho. - More Floormats as the floor becomes so slippery when get wet. - Instead of thin linen, invest of having bigger and thicker "kumot" for comfort when sleeping. - Black Towels are highly advisable. The towels look old and used for years already. - Wood Kitchen utensils instead of plastic. There were stains. Overall, the place is cozy and great for its price. The host and co-host are responsive. 🤍

I've been booking my stay in manila with this host since 2023 and i should say they have the best units! the host was very responsive and friendly. and i also want to thank you for the flexible time of check out,really appreciate it. will definitely book with this host again.

My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

A good place to stay when you’re in the metro. Felt like home and the place has a lot of food options nearby. The hosts are proactive and give clear instructions for checkin and checkout. I would love to stay again in this place in the near future.
