Hands down one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever booked! Everything was spotless, fresh-smelling, and perfectly organized. The bed was so comfy, I didn’t want to get up! I loved the Netflix setup—it made for such a chill stay. And, Alexa was such a fun bonus! I seriously spent way too much time just talking to her 😂 This place is definitely going to be my go-to Airbnb whenever I travel back to Manila. Super worth it!

Pros: Clean room. Appliances are allowed to use. Karaoke speaker. Netflix. Ps4. Physical games. Responsive host 10/10. Great city lights view. May heater sa shower hehe Honest cons: Towel medyo di mabango pagkakalaba. Elevator since 31st floor, you’ll have to wait (use 2nd flr elev instead). Curtain: dapat block out kurtina po sana sa window, aga ko nagising kasi kita na agad yung liwanag. Babalik if magkachance 💯

We enjoyed our stay in Richard's place, it was very clean and tidy. Wifi speed and Netflix was great! the room itself boasts aesthetic hotel vibes. Only one of the shower heads have connection to the heater, though. I appreciate how fast and responsive they were in all of our concerns, and they were so kind to us even if we asked a lot of questions. Thank you for accommodating us and for lending us your dust mite vacuum cleaner! Will surely recommend your unit to other friends who might need it in the future.

Gustavo moved me to the unit downstairs providing some compensation. Overall, it's a well-maintained tiny house in a typical super-messy-but-colorful densely-built low-income area of Manila. If you're prepared for this environment, it provides for a very interesting stay. The place is difficult to locate, but kids in the area around the house respond to mentioning Gustavo's name.

Second time booking and still no complaints! The unit is super clean, cozy, and really feels like home whenever I’m in the Philippines. Sir Raffy and Ma’am Rach are so easy to talk to and very accommodating. Even though I had quite a few requests, they handled them all to ensure a comfortable stay. They’re quick to reply and very respectful, even my husband felt how warm and welcoming they are. Thank you so much!

We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we stepped inside, it felt incredibly cozy and inviting—truly like a home away from home. We found it exceptionally comfortable and relaxing. The host was fantastic, genuinely pleasant, and incredibly responsive to all our messages. They even quickly helped us get set up with Netflix, which was a nice touch for unwinding in the evenings. However, a quick heads-up for anyone bringing a vehicle: the parking was quite expensive. We were on a motorcycle, and a 24-hour stay ran us almost ₱800, which felt a bit high. While convenient, you might want to look into nearby alternative parking options or consider street parking if you're comfortable with the risks. Despite the parking cost, our overall experience was so positive that we can confidently say we'll definitely be back on our next trip to the area. The comfort and the host's excellent communication really made our stay memorable 😊

Ngirit has been a quiet, comfortable, and convenient study space away from home—something I truly appreciate while working on my graduate studies. My stay happened to coincide with my 40th birthday, and the hosts went out of their way to make it extra special with a thoughtful welcome gift and a handwritten note I’ll be keeping as a keepsake. Special thanks to Ms. Janice and to the custodian for being extra helpful whenever I stay. Their warmth and consideration made all the difference, and I’ll definitely be booking again making the unit a vital part of my academic journey. :-)

Communication with our host was remarkable. Not only very clear with instructions, but they were highly responsive and flexible. Their place had many to offer, with air-conditioning in every part of the house, and all things to get started. There was an amazing courtyard on the ground level that had such a lively community with so many different activities happening. The place was designed so well that wind/air was trapped and kept the courtyard quite cool and breezy. Love the place, the host's hospitality and the community

This is my second time staying at Veronica's place and I can definitely recommend them whenever youre staying in or around Eastwood. The unit is spotless, easily accessible, convenient since everything you'll need is within walking distance, staff are friendly and the host is very thoughtful, respectful and attentive. They always make sure to respond on time whenever you have any questions or concerns and they go out of their way to make sure you have everything you'll need to have a enjoyable time at their unit. Ivan’s unit is exactly what was posted in the photos and description. It has everything we need. Ivan was also very flexible and responsive the whole time — especially with our check-in requests. Definitely recommended!

The place was really nice and clean. We found ourselves constantly admiring the view, from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. It was peaceful, cozy, and exactly what we needed. The host was very communicative from the time of booking all the way through checkout—super helpful and accommodating, which made everything smooth and hassle-free. The only minor issue was that the Wi-Fi would get slow at times, so we had to use mobile data occasionally, but it wasn’t a big deal for us. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

The place is nice and beautiful in person! I highly recommend this to my friends and family. There some things I want to suggest, tho. - More Floormats as the floor becomes so slippery when get wet. - Instead of thin linen, invest of having bigger and thicker "kumot" for comfort when sleeping. - Black Towels are highly advisable. The towels look old and used for years already. - Wood Kitchen utensils instead of plastic. There were stains. Overall, the place is cozy and great for its price. The host and co-host are responsive. 🤍

I've been booking my stay in manila with this host since 2023 and i should say they have the best units! the host was very responsive and friendly. and i also want to thank you for the flexible time of check out,really appreciate it. will definitely book with this host again.

My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

A good place to stay when you’re in the metro. Felt like home and the place has a lot of food options nearby. The hosts are proactive and give clear instructions for checkin and checkout. I would love to stay again in this place in the near future.
