Die kleine Küchenzeile ist mit einem Backofen, einem Induktionskochfeld, Spüle und mit kleinem Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Es gibt ein Bett mit 1,4 x 2,0m und eine Schlafcouch mit 1,8 x 1,9m. Eigenes kleines Bad mit Dusche. Erreichbarkeit: München 40min, Spitzingsee 20min

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
