The slopes and old wooden beams give the open living space on two floors a special charm. Through the windows on the gable and in the roof, the apartment is bright and friendly. In front of the house and in the natural garden, cozy seating areas and benches are ready for you. In the immediate vicinity, the Bodden landscape invites you to linger, walk or cycle.

No noise nuisance, no real car traffic, but nights when it gets dark. New: The property is now completely fenced. The nearest supermarket (Demmin) is 15 minutes by car. For the essentials, there is an old "consumption" in the neighboring village. Having a car here is seen as an advantage.
