The "House Helene" in the Baltic Sea resort of Wustrow was built around 1826, received an extension in the 1930s and was renovated and expanded in 2011/2012. It is located in the heart of the village, approx. a 10-minute walk from both the Baltic Sea and the Bodden with the Wustrow harbor. It is located on the upper floor of the house and can be reached via the main entrance and a narrow wooden staircase. The living room is open to the lower hallway. The bedrooms are lockable, the kitchen has a door.

The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

Today located at Lindenstraße 18 Dierhagens, the "Büdnerei No. 19" of my family has always been there. In 1853, the original house was lost in a major fire in the village. The Grand Duke of Mecklenburg immediately granted the residents of Dierhagen special loans to rebuild their farms. In 2022, I began to renovate the old family home from scratch. The apartment on the upper floor was lovingly designed with new timber framing and the old hand-stroke bricks from the 1850s.

Hello dear guests, our apartment is located in the souterrain of our home. We bought the house in mid-2018 and renovated it according to our ideas. The apartment is newly renovated and furnished accordingly. For us, the Baltic Sea was our second home for a long time and has become our new home. Our favorite apartment No.9 in the northern old town of Rostock offers you everything you need for a perfect stay. It has one bedroom with a box spring bed (1.60 m), a nice dining/living room, a small but full open kitchen and a bathroom with tub and shower. The Wi-Fi is great! This favorite apartment is located between the city harbor with its numerous restaurants and the Kröpi shopping mile with many cafes.
