Before booking, please note: this accommodation is only suitable for quiet, non-smoking guests. No loud behavior, smoking, drugs (including marijuana), or unregistered visitors. Violation will result in immediate cancellation without refund and a €250 penalty. If you are looking for a calm and comfortable stay in a residential area of Amsterdam, this is a good fit. It is a private guestroom in a house, with only the hallway shared. The metro is nearby, and the ride to the city center is 20 min.

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Garden view Studio in family home

This beautiful studio with garden view in a family home is a peaceful place just 15 minutes away from the busy city center. The entrance to the house is communal, we live on the top floors, but the studio has its own entrance from the hallway and has private access to the garden with view on and entrance to a canal. The studio has a kitchen with basic cooking equipment (microwave, hot plates, pans, coffeemaker etc), shower, toilet and seating area to make your stay as convenient as possible.

Wellness Lodge with private sauna and jacuzzi

Our lodge is equipped with all modern amenities, such as a modern kitchen, a smart TV and a Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxurious jacuzzi and wood-burning stove. The lodge, with its large private garden and unobstructed views, is completely separated from the farmhouse by a fence and is accessible only to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast is available upon request.

The bus takes you directly to the Ziggo Dome, JC Arena and AFAS theater in 20 minutes. The studio has all the comforts, a patio, private entrance, a free private parking space. With a bathroom, coffee corner, fridge, laptop safe, TV, double bed and WiFi.

In this centrally located home, everything for your family is within easy reach. There are 4 bedrooms. A washing machine and dryer are available. You can relax in the garden. There are two shopping centres with a supermarket and places to eat within walking distance. With a bus stop right outside the door and the metro within walking distance, you can reach the Amsterdam Arena and the cinema in 15 minutes or the centre of Amsterdam in 20 minutes. Our cottage is in one of the most beautiful Waterland villages, Broek in Waterland. It is located in a beautiful area, 8 km from Amsterdam. The bus stop is a 3-minute walk away, so you can be at Amsterdam Centraal in 12 minutes. The guest house itself offers everything you need during a vacation. In our guesthouse, it is wonderful to "come home" after, for example, a busy day in the city, or, for example, a bike ride along all the nice villages here in the area.
