The Villa - City View Amsterdam

Stay in a unique location just outside Amsterdam! This renovated, spacious property in Landsmeer offers comfortable accommodation for 9 people. There are 4 bedrooms (upstairs), 3 showers (downstairs), 2 toilets (downstairs) and a garden. Close to the bustling city, on the edge of a nature reserve. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the centre of Amsterdam by public transport. The bus stop is at 50m. A (Uber) taxi to town is barely 15 minutes. This house is not suitable for children between 6 months and 4 years.

The house consists of 2 spacious bedrooms each with individual bath room, there is a living and a large kitchen. The folding doors brings you to the big private garden which gives you a panoramic view to the surrounding pastures with grazing sheep and cows. On the first floor you will find one open space for relaxing, dining and a fire place.

In a rural setting, in a unique place in the Randstad, is the Casa Petite vacation home. Originally an old barn, but renovated, preserved and equipped with every comfort. It is free-standing, has a private terrace with garden and private parking. Close by is a lot of culture, nature, beach and Amsterdam. Nice restaurants and terraces on the river are around the corner. Ouderkerk aan de Amstel has many nice cycling routes in the area. Amsterdam is reachable with public transport (30 minutes), bicycle (40 minutes) or by car (15 minutes).
