This 62 m2 large apartment is located on the second floor of our original half timbered house. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.

Welcome to Werder , a small village 5 km from Bockenem and the A7 with connection to the A39. Hanover , Brunswick and Goslar can be reached in about 30 minutes. Shops and restaurants are located in and around Bockenem. The Harz as well as the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here,we ride a motorcycle ourselves and are at your disposal for tour questions.

OG eines grundsätzlich ruhigen 4-Familien-Hauses - aber es ist ein normales Haus mit Alltag drin und drum herum. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht und lässt noch Raum für selbst mitgebrachtes. Falls dennoch was fehlt: wir haben eine gute Hausgemeinschaft :-)

The apartment has a large cozy single room, a small kitchen and a bathroom with shower and is located on the first floor (only 3 steps). Bicycles can be safely stored.
