Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von In Darmstadts grünen Norden gelegene, vollmöblierte, helle und einladende 1 Zimmer Wohnung - "Studio" (Schlaf- sowie Wohnbereich - siehe Bilder), in der man sich sofort wie zu Hause fühlt, Koffer abstellen und genießen. Es wurde extra günstig gehalten für die Weihnachtszeit. Falls zwei verschiedene Gäste anreisen, können wir auch die zwei Boxspringbetten auseinderstellen oder es bleibt als ein Doppelbett wie auf den Bildern. Wir freuen uns auf Ihre Anreise.

The 50 m² apartment with separate entrance and private parking is located in a quiet residential area on the edge of a field and yet only 300 m to the baker. The smoke-free basement with 5 windows has a hallway with a wardrobe, a daylight shower room with a hairdryer and vanity mirror and a 40 m² living/bedroom with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa (can also be used as a sofa bed), armchair, large smart TV, Wi-Fi/VDSL, telephone, desk, 140 cm wide bed and shutters. Pets on request.

The quiet location invites you to take walks and excursions to the nearby vineyards and the surrounding area. The center of Groß-Umstadt with its historic market square is 4 km away, Darmstadt 24 km and Aschaffenburg 26 km. The train station (700 m) offers connection to the public transport network.

Visit us in our newly renovated vacation home on the over 1000 m² property with directly adjacent stream, covered balcony and large garden area! The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. Our small retreat has been completely renovated and newly furnished inside and out. Take a break and recharge your batteries with cozy evenings by the fireplace :-)

Our lovingly furnished basement apartment can accommodate two people. You can expect a large bedroom with box spring bed, a modern bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. When the weather is nice, you can relax outside on the terrace. In just 5 minutes you are in nature – perfect for walks, even with a dog. My accommodation is close to public transportation, parks, and the city center. You will love my accommodation because of its coziness. A very comfortable bed, quiet surroundings, yet central. My accommodation is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. There are two separate bedrooms. NON-SMOKING APARTMENT!!! Smoking is also not allowed on the terrace.
