Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Deuil-la-Barre

Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

This is the second time we have stayed in this little corner of paradise… and it won't be the last! The chalet is still so well arranged and super well equipped, you feel right at home. The spa is a real treat, perfect for disconnecting and relaxing in the middle of nature. The place is incredibly peaceful, ideal for a real break. And what about the host? Always so kind, accommodating and ultra responsive. A big thank you again, everything was perfect! 😊

It was the same as the photos, and the hosts were also very friendly! It was clean and I stayed very comfortably without lacking anything. The host strictly controls the entrance and exit doors, so privacy is guaranteed! It's also close to Gogh Village, so I highly recommend it for those planning a nearby trip!!💜

The apt was incredible and Julien was a great host. He left little surprises throughout the apt for us and even left us a parting gift. The neighborhood was very family friendly and it was great for late evening walks to cool off. Apt had everything we could have possibly needed and Julien was even able to accommodate our early check in time. Highly recommend staying here is you are visiting Paris!

I think this room overall is very good.It is about a 15-minute walk from the C train station, and the living environment is quiet.Everything is provided in the room, and check in and check out is also very easy.Overall, this is a great value for money and highly recommended.

A cozy air bnb with everything available that you need. Paulo was immediately available for any possible issues. The Metro Station and grocery shops are nearby

We, 2 adults 1 teenager, were very satisfied with the apartment, it is nice, quiet and cozy. We were also thrilled with the area, the proximity to the metro, good accessibility to the sights, shopping and the accessibility of the host!! Unrestricted recommendation!!! 12/10

Staying here was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. Every detail was taken care of with such care and kindness, and it genuinely felt like a second home! The neighborhood was peaceful and serene. Amandine and Sébastien above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and felt comfortable throughout my stay. This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

We (two families) with two children (1 & 2 years) were at Mehdi's home. We liked it very much and it was also child-friendly. It's a great location and we don't even need to talk about the view. Thank you for everything 🥰 A small tip, one more trash can in the bathroom would be great 😉

Gorgeous home from home in the city of lights. 2nd time staying, and would do it again and again!

Very good accommodation, with a really good location whether it is for accessibility by car or public transport. Very responsive, available and accommodating hosts! It's very appreciable. A little hot at night (but we were there on days over 33 degrees and hot nights too) fortunately a fan was available in the accommodation which served us well!

Ahmed’s place was very comfortable and directly next to the station which made travel easy! Highly recommend Ahmed’s place!
