Quiet but still central

Söhren in the municipality of Weede is quiet but central. It is about 10 km to Bad Segeberg, 25 km to Lübeck and about 30 km to the Baltic Sea. On the upper floor of a detached house, you will find 1 bedroom with a large double bed, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed (2 people), a kitchenette and dining table as well as a bathroom with shower. Unfortunately, there are no shops or places to eat here. Are you traveling with children? No problem: a crib and high chair can be provided.

Upper Beach - balcony, right in the center, close to the beach

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Friendly 2-room apartment between the lakes

Our apartment is on the lower ground floor of an old building, is very bright and friendly and not stuffy due to the thick walls even on the hottest summer days. In the garden you can enjoy a wonderful sunny breakfast or end a nice day at the beach with a glass of wine. Our house is located on the edge of the forest between two lakes, each of which is approx. 5-7 minutes' walk, the city center is about 20 minutes' walk, the Baltic Sea is about 25 minutes by car.

Staying at a private lake incl. jetty

In this apartment, you can start your vacation with a relaxed lake view from day one. For excursions into nature, you can ride your bike from the front door. If you like, you can barbecue directly on your own lake or go paddling with the SUP or paddle boat you brought with you. Our private lake has no "paddleable" connection to other lakes. On the TV, you can log in with your own Netflix & Co. account. You can reach Timmendorfer Strand in 30 minutes.

Hello and welcome to our cozy shabby-chic apartment, located in the middle of the beautiful Plöner Lake District. Your home is located in the souterrain of our DHH, which is a house built on a slope and the apartment runs to the back on the ground floor. So you still have natural light. The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. Our apartment is located in Bad Malente-Gremsmühlen in beautiful Holstein Switzerland, just 200 meters from Lake Dieksee and the Dieksee promenade. Here you can - whether as a couple or alone - enjoy the idyllic surrounding nature as well as a variety of leisure activities and relax from everyday life. The state capital of Kiel and the historic city of Lübeck are worth a trip. The Baltic Sea is 25 minutes away.

We offer our 30 sqm apartment in downtown Kiel. The quiet apartment building is located on a small residential street. The attached pictures hopefully give a good impression of the atmosphere of the rooms. We constantly strive to keep the apartment nice and modern.
