Lovely apartment furnished with everything you could need. Perfect location with only a few minutes walk to local shops and the seafront. Lisa was a brilliant host, great communication leading up to our stay and sent clear instructions for entering the apartment well before our check in date. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Dormy House! Hugo was super responsive and friendly from first contact. The directions were easy to follow and very straightforward to access the property which is so delightful! We immediately felt at home in this spacious apartment set in an expansive private garden visited regularly by munjac deer. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to self-cater which indeed we did - enjoying the long evenings eating al fresco. We did several walks from the house along the coastal path and down to the incredible sandy beach. And we appreciated the availability of a nice bath to soak in too! Trips to RSPB Titchwell, Hunstanton, Walsingham and Blakeney - all within very easy reach. We can't comment on local eateries as we didn't sample them, but Ronaldo's Norfolk ice cream available from the beach shack is amazing! Thank you Hugo & Taya for allowing us to stay in this very special place!

Paul and Elaine were fantastic hosts. They were very responsive and ensured that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment was comfortable and we slept very well on both evenings. The surroundings were beautiful and we were close enough to local amenities and attractions if travelling by car.

A lovely apartment, approx 5 minutes walk into the centre of Cromer. The apartment was very spacious, bigger than I expected and spotlessly clean. Lovely welcome pack including pastries, Buck’s Fizz, milk , fruit etc. It has quality furnishings and is extremely well equipped with everything you might need. Super American style fridge freezer in the large kitchen/diner and a lovely comfy king size bed in the large bedroom. Jean was very responsive and on hand if needed. This was definitely one of the best apartments I have stayed in, I will definitely stay again if in the area. Highly recommended. Thank you Jean.

We thoroughly enjoyed a family holiday at this property, with 6 adults and 3 kiddies. The house was really quirky, roomy and comfortable. The property has kept its aged beams and old characteristics whilst being updated. The house was really clean and tidy and contained everything you would need for a stay away from home. The adults and kids LOVED the hot tub and games room which made the property stand out. Holly was very quick at responding and made the holiday very easy going with great instructions and help when needed. The only one downside was an uncomfortable mattress, however we were able to swap a couple around since we had small children who could sleep on that one.

We had a wonderful stay at Julia’s cottage. Everything was beautifully presented and very comfortable. The cottage and the setting are idyllic; peaceful with a beautiful view from the garden, but also close to lots of picture perfect towns and villages and stunning countryside. We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Greenacre lodge. Ness was a wonderful host, very generous and thoughtful and on hand whenever we needed anything. We had a smashing time and will definitely return!

Lovely little stay! Ruth was very kind in being understanding of our check-out availabilities , and we adored the sweet back garden! Very comfortable clean place , next to an amazing fish and chip place and deli where we went for breakfast twice. Very close to some pretty walks and about 35 minutes drive from the beach . Would stay again!

We had such a wonderful stay at Caroline’s modern home! The place was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and had such a warm, homely feel that immediately made us feel comfortable and relaxed. It was exactly what me and my partner needed for a peaceful getaway. The blend of modern touches with cozy comforts made it a truly special experience. We had a lovely peaceful stay at The Annex . The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay . The garden was perfect for the dogs to lie around enjoying the sun after a long walk . All the amenities were of a very good standard . The setting is beautiful with field views all around .

This is the second time we've stayed at this apartment and we've really enjoyed both times. It is superbly located just off Cromer centre, so easy access to shops and restaurants, but also very quiet. The apartment is well appointed and spacious and feels very homely. Fran and David are responsive and friendly in their communication. Overall: excellent.

This is a gorgeous basement flat in a truly beautiful part of Cambridge. Located off one of Cambridge’s most visually stunning streets, this flat is located in pedestrianised-bliss where you can walk wherever you like. The flat is very quaint and cosy, with its book-lined walls and the lovely patio space outside. Eleanor is extremely communicative and a really helpful host. Thanks for such a pleasurable stay.

We had a great stay. The flat was super, really clean with lovely furnishings. The secure off-road parking opposite the flat was brilliant bearing in mind you are in the centre of town. Definitely recommend this accommodation if you're looking to stay in BSE and we'd love to return in the future. Hosts were very responsive and provided good instructions and information.
