The spacious living room with spacious Chesterfield sofa overlooks the Winsumerdiep. Onderdendam is a beautiful village 12 km from the city of Groningen and has a protected village view. Our 2-person Canadian canoe and our 3 bicycles are available for rent at a reasonable price.

Since April 2022, we have been offering this characteristic home in Warffum. Take a step back and enjoy the still undiscovered vast Groninger Hogeland. The house is located directly next to the Medieval church on the largest mound in the Netherlands. Many beautiful authentic villages in the area, the endless polders and the bird (spot) rich salt marshes of the Wadden Sea can be admired within cycling distance. A visit to the city of Groningen and the islands of Schiermonnikoog and Borkum is also worth it!

Upstairs in the Netherlands, near the Wadden Coast, you will find this sustainable and energy-neutral tiny house. The cottage is at the back of our property and is surrounded by a natural garden. It has a wide view and offers a lot of privacy. The tiny house is decorated with love and in detail. It is made entirely of wood and has an area of 30m². The cottage is fully equipped, everything you need is available. Enjoy the scenery and the skies, the peace and the space!

Cottage in Pieterburen

A good and quiet place in Pieterburen, within walking distance of the "center" and the ideal place to mudflat walk from here, start or cycle the Pieterpad. It is a detached cottage with a bedroom, toilet, bathroom and a living room. The bedroom has one double bed with storage for your luggage and clothes. The living room still offers the possibility to change the large sofa into a sofa bed for two extra beds. Parking is free, easily accessible by public transport.

Relax and unwind in this luxury apartment with separate bedroom. Wonderful hiking, cycling and a great base for outings in the area, such as Groningen city, the Wadden Sea or the many picturesque villages that are well worth visiting. The apartment is located directly next to the starting point of the Jacobspad and close to several (long distance) cycling and hiking routes. Walking distance to amenities and station. The apartment is situated on the first floor.

Sleeping on the mudflats

Go offline on the edge of the mudflats in a simple but modern wadden house. Here the nights are still really dark and you can even see the Northern Lights at some times! Noordpolderzijl is the ideal base for your mudflats or holidays on the wadden coast. Please be aware that you are staying in a nature reserve on the Wadden Sea. Dogs must stay on a leash and there is no large beach as you may be used to from the North Sea coast.

This beautiful cottage is equipped with everything so you can fully enjoy all that beautiful Groningen has to offer! After our driveway of about 800m, you are assured of fresh air. The Tiny House is one of two Tiny Houses on our property at the end of a dead-end road. Be welcome!

Dit appartement in een stal waar vroeger de paarden stonden. Het is geheel ingericht naar deze tijd, stoer en landelijk, we hopen dat u zich hier op u gemak zult voelen. Rust en ruimte. Comfortable garden house, quietly located in our green wild garden. Lots of privacy. A nice place to enjoy the peace, the space and the nature. The Waddenland has a lot to offer, and you are in fifteen minutes by boat to Schiermonnikoog. The city of Groningen itself can also be reached within half an hour.

Lutje Broek

Een goede en rustige plek buiten Pieterburen, naast Broek. Landelijk gelegen, dichtbij de zeedijk, Pieterpad begint 2.5km hiervandaan en wadlooptochten worden georganiseerd vanuit Pieterburen. Perfecte plek om te fietsen en wandelen. Het huisje is geplaatst op het erf van een oude boerderij.
