Since April 2022, we have been offering this characteristic home in Warffum. Take a step back and enjoy the still undiscovered vast Groninger Hogeland. The house is located directly next to the Medieval church on the largest mound in the Netherlands. Many beautiful authentic villages in the area, the endless polders and the bird (spot) rich salt marshes of the Wadden Sea can be admired within cycling distance. A visit to the city of Groningen and the islands of Schiermonnikoog and Borkum is also worth it!

Near the city of Groningen (17 km, 28 min by car, 36 minutes by public transportation) by the village of Winsum, is located this cozy chalet with a view of the countryside. The Chalet is well equipped (real bed/kitchen/Shower/wood burning stove/Wifi) and provide with a spacious terrace. If you want you can get eggs from our own chickens. Enjoy our cozy tiny house on the space near our farm with horses and our other animals. This beautiful cottage is equipped with everything so you can fully enjoy all that beautiful Groningen has to offer! After our driveway of about 800m, you are assured of fresh air. The Tiny House is one of two Tiny Houses on our property at the end of a dead-end road. Be welcome!

The Waddenland has a lot to offer, and you are in fifteen minutes by boat to Schiermonnikoog. The city of Groningen itself can also be reached within half an hour.

Een goede en rustige plek buiten Pieterburen, naast Broek. Landelijk gelegen, dichtbij de zeedijk, Pieterpad begint 2.5km hiervandaan en wadlooptochten worden georganiseerd vanuit Pieterburen. Perfecte plek om te fietsen en wandelen. Het huisje is geplaatst op het erf van een oude boerderij.
