This superb furnished city ground floor apartment (65 m2) still has his authentic Dutch details from 1890 and is literally next to the historic center, in a few minutes walking distance to the Grote Mark and a short walk to the trainstation. Situated in a quite street, in a very good neighbourhood. BYy train in 15 mins in Amsterdam. You can park your car in the paid parking garage, we also have a free option, ask for more details. We only rent our house a month (usually in August) ech year.

This characteristic house is located in the middle of the historic center of Delft, on a picturesque canal around the corner from the bustling Beestenmarkt. You can't get any closer to the city center, when you step out the door, you're there. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay; on the first floor, a sitting area with television, a workplace and in addition a kitchen equipped with all necessities. The second floor has a double bed, a walk-in shower and toilet.

There are two shopping centres with a supermarket and places to eat within walking distance. With a bus stop right outside the door and the metro within walking distance, you can reach the Amsterdam Arena and the cinema in 15 minutes or the centre of Amsterdam in 20 minutes. This studio apartement is situated in a 17th Century Canal house, on the Prinsengracht (one of the 3 major canals), right in the center of Amsterdam, within the UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE AREA. The Studio has its own private entrance along the canal, with canal view and a well equipped private kitchen, a large table and modern private bathroom. During the day you can sit outside on the bench in front of the apartment on the sunny side of the canal, nice to see people passing by.
