Perfect place for a couple to stay near Zadar. The studio apartment itself has all the necessary things. Anna is just amazing, she was awake and helped us checkin at 02:30am as our flight was delayed by 3 hours. Very rarely people care so much for their guests. She also recommended us restaurants, grocery stores and sightseeing places. Overall the experience was great. I would recommend this place without any regrets!

We had a wonderful stay. But you definitely need a car. The place was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was also super equipped. The bed was super comfortable and smelled great. The pool is a relaxed size and was also super clean. All in all, it was a wonderful stay and we would love to come back 🥰

I was alone in the house with my daughter. It was as described and the host super friendly. Damir and his wife were very nice and helpful. We stayed in the house for a week. It was quiet and completely private. Every day Damir came at 6 in the morning and cleaned the pool and put us fresh figs on the table. Everything was perfect. I would come back anytime.

Absolutely recommended! The garden and direct access to the sea are a dream, inviting you to swim and walk (or jog) by the water. Everything was very clean and the linens and sofa cushions smelled particularly fresh. Dubravka is warm and uncomplicated. With the passenger ferry you can visit Zadar and other islands. With the car ferry you can visit national parks on the mainland, but the island also gives you enough options to relax, eat and hike. You definitely need a car. We had a great vacation!

It was a great stay at Host's place. Luka and Neno are hosts who are a pleasure to stay with. They are very responsive and quick to respond to messages, and they're helpful, and they really want guests to feel good. The apartment is impeccably clean — but a huge plus. There are also a lot of walking places in the area. I highly recommend staying with them while in the area.

The apartment was renovated,the bathrooms were completely new. Another thing we were missing were rowiacs to hang towels in the bathrooms and a small storage space in the bathrooms. The kitchen is poorly furnished for the arrival of 9ludi,but the owner said that she would go to the future to fix it. There is no air conditioning on the rooms, but there were fans. We also had a great vacation thanks to a really big terrace where we spent almost all the time together. The apartment is pleasantly very close to the sea,in a dead-end street,where not many cars. I highly recommend it also for families with children.

The place was lovely! Elena Papa welcomed us warmly and we were delighted with the Apartment and the incredibly beautiful balcony! The nearby beach is a concrete beach, which was unfavorable for us with three children, but nearby, a 3-minute drive away, was the next coarse gravel beach. I highly recommend the accommodation!

We spent four nights at Ante in Sukosan and are more than satisfied! The apartment was very clean, bright and cozy. The large bed was very comfortable for us and the bathroom had a great shower. The kitchen was equipped with basic things (very tasty olive oil to make your own salad). Ante was a great host and always responded promptly to our requests. We would come back anytime. Thank you!

Jelena was always friendly and helpful, the location is close to everything we needed and Zadar. And cats are lovelyyyyy😍 Recommended!

Nives' house is a little corner of paradise! The studio was clean, functional and nice. We loved the view of the beach, there were even kayaks, bikes and deckchairs available. Nives was very friendly and gave us good addresses! The only downside was that there was work and we couldn't sleep in the morning, but that should be fixed in July. 😊 Thank you to her for this fabulous stay!

Matija was the perfect host , the apartment was just as described and in a very quiet and residential local area very close to the beach. Matija always answered any questions I had very quickly and was there to meet us when we arrived . He showed us a short cut to the beach . His parents live below the apartment and were so friendly, we felt very welcome and safe. I was would recommend this apartment to anyone and would definitely return . We had a wonderful stay in Zadar .

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment in Zadar. The space was absolutely spotless and looked just like the pictures—if not better! The terrace was a highlight, with plenty of comfortable seating and a hot tub we enjoyed a couple of times each day. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring. The location was great—walkable to Old Town Zadar, or just a quick and affordable Uber ride away. Our hosts, Mate and Martina, were fantastic—excellent communicators and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They made everything easy and welcoming. We felt right at home here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

It was a wonderful stay. Great, hospitable hosts. Beautiful place with direct access to the sea. There is a terrace, barbecue, garden, sun loungers, umbrellas on the beach. Dominik and his brother were helpful at any time (rental of bikes, scooters, electric scooters, Łódź, speedboats). Aurelia and her husband were very welcoming, they are wonderful people. The apartment is great. It has a great view and it's fully furnished. The building is old and the elevator is small but when you go inside the apartment everything is perfect.

Andro is very welcoming and very responsive. He is very available and kindly gave us information. The accommodation is very good and it is well located, it is a strong point. We had a great time. We would recommend this listing!

Our stay at Matea's place in Sukosan was just amazing! The place was sparkling clean and well equipped – we felt comfortable from the first moment. Especially for families with children, this place is ideal. The host family was incredibly friendly and accommodating and even shared toys for our kids which made us very happy. Supermarkets and everything you need are in the immediate vicinity, which makes the stay even more pleasant. The value for money is also outstanding. We would love to book with Matea again at any time and highly recommend this place!♥️

The accommodation was very well maintained and in a pleasantly quiet location. The pool and jacuzzi were always very clean and there were plenty of free loungers. In the apartment, everything was as described and everything was well maintained. Radovan was a very likeable host with good English skills, the exchange was always possible without problems. We will certainly come back!

Our absolutely favorite stay during a 2 week vacation in Croatia. We truly regret not staying longer. Neven’s location is breathtaking and worth booking. It’s exactly as advertised in a quiet and peaceful town on Dugi Otok. The village itself is quiet but has the essentials - including a market and several restaurants. The place was clean, well equipped, and easy to find. I would highly suggest visiting Dugi Otok, and staying here in Zman!!

Very nice housing and nice host ! The place looks better than on the photos, it is perfect for two or three people and the balcony is great !

The apartment was very spacious with fully equipped kitchen and two balconies. Everything was clean, great location. We didn’t quite like the beach which was nearest the accomodation (main road nearby, lots of sea weed), so we drove to another with car. Definitely reccomend Filip and Darja 😊
