We had a great time with the family three generations. The house is beautiful and very pleasant to live with others, and it was a pleasure to swim in the heated pool at the end of October. The scenery that surrounds the house is really spectacular. We don't get tired of rediscovering it every day depending on the weather. We leave regret this beautiful place. Beautiful walks around the house and the Basque Country, Spain are very accessible by car. Thanks to Sonia for our pleasant exchanges. Anne and Family

We were absolutely wowed by this beautiful villa. Tania greeted us in our arrival and showed us round - she was super helpful despite our lack of Spanish! Tania was on hand to help with any questions we had. The villa is well equipped and had everything we needed and more. Perfect for a family stay where we cooked and played games. The pool, pool-house and garden were fantastic and we enjoyed the sunshine. Lovely views of the hills and cows in the distance. The villa was absolutely spotless. The villa is a fairly rural location and a car would be beneficial (as Tania describes in the listing). However, we enjoyed the 20 minute walk to Lidl and taxis were available into the city. The best place for your perfect surfing holiday! Dreamy, stylish decorated, well equipped beach house facing the dune 🤩. Perfect sandbars to choose from just over the dune. Superfriendly, flexibel host. I couldn’t recommanded it more. Great job 👌😱🥰

The house is spacious and very well-equipped, the pool is very nice! The many bathrooms and toilets are a real plus when you live at 8. The only slight "downside" is that the house overlooks a fairly busy road but on the other hand the windows insulate very well from noise and in the evening there are fewer cars anyway so it didn't bother us too much.

A just perfect stay! The villa is ideally located in Capbreton: close to the beach, shops, bike paths... everything is within reach. The house is superb, very well maintained and equipped with absolutely everything you need — you feel at home from the moment you arrive. But what really made our stay exceptional was our host: incredibly kind, always available and attentive to make sure everything went well. Her warm welcome really made a difference. We would recommend this villa without a second thought and hope to come back very soon!

Excellent stay in a quiet environment. The house was perfect, tastefully decorated in the cocooning style and very functional. The wooden terrace and very well equipped, allowed us to enjoy meals outside. It is not excluded that you are making a new getaway in Capbreton. The house is exactly as described and is finished to a very high standard. There are top quality appliances, furniture & amenities throughout. It was also very clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. The house is very well located. Hossegor is full of great restaurants & shops. The lake is a 3 minute drive (also walkable) and the ocean is about 8mins. Etienne was a great host. He was very responsive & helpful before and during our stay and made sure everything was perfect for us. We would happily come back again.

We were met with very friendly and welcoming hosts, Felipe and Elena. We immediately felt at home in their beautiful spacious house, garden and terrace. It's situated close to everything, the beach, the town, restaurants etc. it's all in walking distance, which was great for us and our 2 dogs . Also it's only a short drive (or take a train) over to Spain . There is so much to do. Staying in was also a treat with the terrace with bay views watching sunsets and the secluded private garden with BBQ and lovely garden lights or just simply lazing about sunbathing on the sun loungers. Our stay was a complete joy from start to finish , no complaints whatsoever. Thank you so much Felipe and Elena for your kindness and for our stay in your wonderful house. We had a great time at Xavier's house which is very nice, modern and design, very well equipped and very comfortable. The location is ideal for shining in the area and is close to the beach and shops. We recommend 100%

This house is beautiful. It is a gracious, older home with high ceilings, wood floors, and a beautiful staircase. The house was well-furnished with modern pieces accenting the traditional spaces. The whole house felt spacious and airy. The garden is lovely. One of the things not mentioned in the listing is that the back garden gate opens up to a beautiful park overlooking the river. On our first morning, we went out and just started walking. The path leads to a walk that goes around the walls of the old city. It was a slightly rainy day, so the walk was misty and had a romantic feeling. The check-in was also wonderful. The owner’s daughters were there when we arrived. They were, kind, hospitable, and told us all that we needed to know about the house. It was nice to receive a warm welcome. The house is within easy walking distance to the main plaza, the old town, and most of the sites one would want to see. Perfect! Thank you, Ignacio!

Super spot, close to the beach and not far from the center of Sopela! When we were there there was quite a bit of parking, so that was cool. I would recommend.

8 of us ( 3 generations) enjoyed Patricia's house & the exceptional, ever changing views. The house was spotless & very well equipped for lots of cooking. We were blessed with glorious weather which meant we were never forced to sit indoors as the comfy seating is a bit lacking for more than 6 people, although there is plenty outdoors. The sunshine enabled us to go out every day, walking, or with the numerous public transport options, so a car is not necessarily needed. Patricia was very helpful & informative, showing some of us around & offering tips, but a house manual with local information & recommendations would be a useful extra. Thank you Patricia.

Very good stay at Odile's, the accommodation is very clean and well-equipped, ideally located on the quiet heights with a beautiful view of the Rhune, and within walking distance of the city centre. We will be happy to come back to continue exploring the Basque Country!
