A house located in the Narea district of Aulesti. Located in a natural setting, it offers walking access to the mountains of Illunzar, Berdatzandi and Urregarai, among others. In the village, 1.5 km from the hamlet,is the park Iruzubi, where in good weather you can enjoy a nice bath on the river Lea. The bidegorri "Lea Ibilbidea" follows the course of the river about 20 km until it reaches Lekeitio, between forests and waterfalls. We are within the Lea-Artibai Valley and close to the Urdaibai Reserve.

LOPERENA, ideal for families with children

Comfortable and magnificent house with seven double rooms each with its bathroom. Full kitchen with appliances of all types. A large living room with sofas, TV and fireplace with access to a great terrace with furniture, mobile barbecue and wood oven. All this is located on the first floor so it is very comfortable especially with children. Downstairs there is a game room with ping pong and foosball, next to the house there is a green area with swings and caballito, also parking.

Beautiful stone and wood house. Heating throughout the house, has bed linens, bath and kitchen linens. 2 bathrooms, living room with fireplace, dining room, 4 bedrooms. 200m2 plus a storage room. Terrace, porch and meadow, pinpon table and garden furniture. There is also a BBQ grill at the side of the terrace.
