In the winter, you sit comfortably with your hot chocolate by the fireplace and play board games. At the end of the day, you flop down satisfied in the hanging chair in the sunny conservatory.

The house features a cozy living room with a fireplace, a comfortable sofa bed, a TV, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, and a separate bathroom with a toilet. Free Wi-Fi is available in the house, and there are two free parking spaces right in front of the door.

We have decorated it ourselves to make it as comfortable as possible. We find living in a small space with lots of outdoor space gives a free feeling. Especially with the Vinkeveense Plassen for us. If you come with young children, you can rent an electric cargo bike from us. Ask the host about this.

The trampoline, swinging, paddle boarding, canoeing, barbecuing, cycling, sailing between the islands and swimming from the various terraces in the clear water. For the cold months, there is a fireplace, outdoor stove, lovely hot tub and heated outdoor shower.

This house is located on an island in the Vinkeveense plassen. It's surrounded by water. That why you can only reach it by boat. A 5 HP motorboat, which you can steer without a license, and is included in the price. The environment is peacefull and full of nature. This place is perfect to swim, fish , sunbathe or just relaxing inside or outside. Near to Amsterdam and Utrecht and easy reachable by public transport.

The Garden House in Abcoude, a 17th-century village near Amsterdam, is a picturesque 18th-century villa. The previous resident, architect Moshé Zwarts, renovated and furnished the house with art and design. Surrounding the house is a spacious, beautifully landscaped garden, combined with a traditional, well-maintained orchard. There are several terraces with comfortable garden furniture.
