Metro station is just next to our appartement The closest metro & train station is “Reigersbos” which is just on half min walk. From there you can reach Amsterdam centre in 20 mins, Schiphol airport in 20 mins, RAI convention centre in 17 mins & AJAX stadium in 5 mins. We also have connectivity via late night buses.

The B&B is located in the village of Abcoude, a charming village just outside Amsterdam and close to Utrecht. Thanks to its central location, venues such as AFAS Live, the Ziggo Dome, and the Johan Cruijff Arena are easily and quickly accessible. On our farm, where the B&Bs are situated, we have cows and sheep, and two lovely Frisian Stabij dogs roam around.

On the outskirts of Amsterdam, where the city turns into the rural area along the river Gein, lies the Koeienhuisje. The Cow Cottage is located in an ancient cattle stable of over 300 years, which has been completely renovated with great love and respect. The centuries-old wooden beams and robust details still make the history of this place palpable.

Apartment Het Nest

Underneath the flight path of the spoonbill is apartment Het Nest. With a balcony against the walnut tree, in our garden where the curlew, the great spotted woodpecker and the winter king are regular guests. The name of our guest house is therefore obvious.
