Please note! This house is located on a quiet park where other people also relax and live, and is absolutely not a party destination. We only rent to groups of young people if it is declared in advance that they will not cause a nuisance or late-night parties. The house has been recently renovated and features many new appliances. Smart lighting and thermostat, new refrigerator, and oven/microwave. Atmospheric decor throughout the house based on an industrial look. Upon opening the back door, your holiday begins with a spacious garden equipped with all necessities and a jetty from which you can swim and boat.

Geinig is a wonderfully spacious apartment of approximately 85 m2 spread over 2 floors with its own entrance, located in the idyllic Dutch countryside on the dike of the Riviertje het Gein in Abcoude. Despite the rural, quiet location, the center of Amsterdam is surprisingly close, as are the entertainment centers: Ziggo Dome, Johan Cruijff Arena and Afas Live. The Amsterdam metro can be reached within 15 minutes by bike, as well as several supermarkets, restaurants, and recreational areas.

The restaurant grade kitchen, spacious garden and innumerous lounge spots will make this island home an ideal place to spend your holidays.

Upstairs and downstairs, you have a fantastic panoramic view and contact with the cows on the stable side and a wide view over the meadows on the other side. In the summer, the cows are in the pasture, not in the stable. The apartment is fully equipped, well insulated, wood-heated, with a complete kitchen, 2 bedrooms with en-suite showers, 1 toilet downstairs, 1 toilet upstairs, and a rear terrace.

We are devoted to our tiny house on the Vinkeveense Plassen. We love to share our beautiful place, which is why we occasionally rent out our tiny house, "Where happiness lies." We have decorated it ourselves to make it as comfortable as possible. We find living in a small space with lots of outdoor space gives a free feeling. Especially with the Vinkeveense Plassen for us. If you come with young children, you can rent an electric cargo bike from us. Ask the host about this.

It is very centrally located, 10 minutes from Amsterdam, also a trainstation nearby in Abcoude.

Here you have plenty of privacy and are in the middle of nature. From the island, you have a view over the lake for miles. Fantastic! This island can only be reached by boat. On the island, you have access to your own boat, a steel dinghy with an 8 HP motor. There are also 2 SUPs available.

Lovely vacation home with private garden of 1200 m2 located on a beautiful island on the Vinkeveense lakes. The island can be reached on foot. And there is plenty to do! The trampoline, swinging, paddle boarding, canoeing, barbecuing, cycling, sailing between the islands and swimming from the various terraces in the clear water. For the cold months, there is a fireplace, outdoor stove, lovely hot tub and heated outdoor shower.
