For the lover of peace and space. In the middle of the beautiful scenic landscape of the Westerkwartier is our farmhouse. We rent out the old chicken shed as a Bed and Breakfast. In the area you can feel free to go hiking or cycling. Directly at a junction route. Public transport and a supermarket are within cycling/walking distance. Drachten and Groningen are 15-25 minutes away by car. Leeuwarden is about 45 minutes drive. Breakfast package possible, preferably passed on before arrival.

This bright studio is located in the heart of the village Sumar. Equipped with all comforts such as a kitchen with oven/microwave and small cooking facilities, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The studio is clean and on the mezzanine the double bed is wonderfully freshly made up for you. Please note no TV available. The studio is in the yard of and house where two young children live. These children you can sometimes hear when they are outside – the garden adjoins the garden of the studio.

Nice holiday home! We were there with 5 adults and had a very nice weekend. The house is large enough for 5 people. There are 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Nicely decorated and equipped with every comfort. Very quiet area with views of the meadows. You can sit outside at a large table. Two cars fit in the driveway.

We really enjoyed it here. The apartment is even bigger than it looks in the photos. You wake up in the morning with a view of the fields, and with a little luck you can even see a few cows walking past the window. The apartment leaves nothing to be desired. In the kitchen, for example, all the necessary things are available. You can quickly get into the traditional costumes to make purchases. Groningen can be reached in about half an hour by car for a wonderful excursion. The highlight for us was the cows and alpacas in the front yard. Geert and his wife are so kind and accommodating. You feel right at home without them being intrusive. We are thrilled with our stay and highly recommend this accommodation.
