Your snug (cosy lounge) includes the original operational Edwardian fireplace with a modern cupboard kitchenette. The front verandah has been enclosed to create a sunroom with daybed.

We are located in town, a short distance from Victoria Park and just a few minutes walk to beautiful Lake Daylesford, a good stroll in to the centre for shopping and food. The barn is positioned back on the property overlooking trees giving it a wonderful secluded feel. Please be aware that Foletti's Barn is not set up or safe for children or infants.

Located in the village of Hepburn Springs (Just 3km up the road from Daylesford) it is a short walk to the General Store, excellent restaurants, cafés and bars. Molly's is set in a quiet cul du sac and is only a 10 min walk down a leafy laneway to the Hepburn Springs Bathhouse and beautiful bush walks along Spring Creek Gully.
