The Chef’s Shed - a farm stay

Situated in "cool country" Trentham, the Chef’s Shed was originally built in 1860, and has been lovingly transformed into a cosy, spacious and unique place to stay. It has quirky living spaces, including a loft, and wide, stunning views over the land around, even from the private sauna which can be used for a modest fee. From here you can explore the region. We are surrounded by nature, and a few minutes drive from historic Trentham with cafes, pubs, walking tracks and a lot of history.

TreeTops has been set up to feel like you are staying at your own family holiday house, but with a lot less hassle! The newly renovated kitchen is well equipped and a pleasure to work in. Surrounded by a beautiful treescape you feel miles from civilisation, but you are less than 3 mins from the delights of Daylesford & Hepburn Springs.

Nestled at the end of a quiet street in town, Little Stanley is your own private and tranquil hideaway. Surrounded by a large garden and backing on to bushland, yet right in town, it’s the perfect spot to settle in and recharge. Relax with your morning coffee in the courtyard which is bathed in morning sunlight. The famous bathhouse & Daylesford town are a few minutes from the property, offering local shopping, wine bars, farmers markets & more. Please note petd are welcome but there is a $50 cleaning fee. *Use of the fire is governed by fire restrictions/bans*
