The home is 38 sqm and is located on the 1st floor and has an outdoor staircase with a private entrance. Kitchen/living room is well equipped and with dining area and sofa. Bathroom with walk-in shower. In bedroom is also a desk. The price includes electricity/heating, free Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, soap/shampoo, dishcloths and tea towels.

Unique 30 m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

It is 5 minutes by car (10 by bike) to the cozy village of Årslev-Sdr. Nærå with a bakery, supermarket(s) and some absolutely fantastic swimming lakes. There are extensive nature trail systems in the area and the opportunity to fish in put'n take lakes.
