Karen’s cottage was absolutely beautiful, full of character with a very cosy homely feel to it. Every room was wonderfully furnished, with extra touches, making it personal and unique. The kitchen had everything you needed, as did the bathroom. It had the added benefit of a downstairs loo, handy when you have teenagers hogging the bathroom..!!. Karen responded swiftly to any messages, and was very friendly and informative to any questions. The garden was absolutely gorgeous, with a feeling of tranquility and serenity. The views out to open fields were stunning, and in the evening it was lovely to sit out and just listen to the dusk birdsong…. I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone who loves somewhere with a bit of character, warmth and privacy….. Well worth the money…. And I would certainly return….. 🙂🙂

A great find in a lovely place. Set away so own private space with every amenity you could need. Great for a short break and a good base for Market Harborough etc. I'd definitely recommend this. Ruth was very accommodating and friendly and good company at breakfast. Thankyou for a lovely stay, just what I needed.

Highly recommended. We stayed in Judith cottage for 4 nights. She was so kind and friendly. We needed a few bits and pieces after we arrived and Judith provided them immediately. The cottage was beautiful, clean and cozy. It had everything we needed. The open space right in front of our cottage was massive and beautiful. The cottage and farm was in a very quiet peaceful area. We took walks to Whilton village and Long buckby. Judith gave us some local honey on our last day. I’m sure no one would regret staying in this beautiful cottage. Thanks a lot Judith. Lovely cottage set in a village surrounding. There is a lovely walk along the canal a few metres from this location. We felt right at home, the space and layout was as described. Lovely cottage feel, cosy.
