Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Davenport

This house looks exactly like the pictures. We all had a blast. We had 10 people in our stay and it was so nice for everyone to have their own room, beds and bathrooms. We didn’t ever feel like we were on top of each other because of how spacious this house is. Chuck and his team were very responsive with questions we had. The pool in the backyard was where we spent most of our time! It was so much fun. Would stay here again!

Jennifer and Neal were super responsive and helpful with anything we needed! They were the nicest hosts I’ve ever rented from on AirBnB. House was super cute and my kids loved the slides in the bedroom and have a great time in the pool!

This property looks even better in person. The quality and attention to detail was exceptional. Responsive host. The resort is awesome but in my opinion the lazy river could be a bit wider.

Our stay as a family of 4 was lovely. It was exactly like the photos provided. The outside tv was a big bonus. The kids enjoyed all the gaming consoles. Any time we had a question, the team was extremely responsive. Would definitely recommend this home. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable

This place was AMAZING!!! Miguel and his wife were incredible communicators and so incredibly flexible! They gave us a little longer to checkout and answered all of our questions. The beds were incredible in all 3 rooms, the backyard was so perfect for our dogs, and all the smart tvs were awesome when we were ready to chill out after visiting the parks! It only took us maybe 20 minutes to get to all things Disney like Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Disney Springs and more. It was a quiet neighborhood and we loved it. We will DEFINITELY be staying with them again and will probably be the ONLY ones we stay with when coming to the Orlando area. I hope all the future guests enjoy this home as much as we did! Great home, great host only issue we had was the hot tub being the same temperature as the pool, we were told the temperature controls both the pool and hot tub. So if you were expecting the hot tub to be hot after enjoying the cold pool in the hot summer that’s the only deal breaker but the home is incredible. We’d definitely stay again, host always responded in a timely manner to all questions and even left snacks for the kids to Enjoy. Great host, loved the theater enjoyed the playoff games on the big screen. Thanks again, great Father’s Day trip.

he was awesome , responds right away. while we were there we was having a problem with one tv he came right over and fixed the issue, the place looked exactly like the pictures. ran into a problem with my booking and he refunded me the money right back. i would recommend booking with him 10000 times. i was very impressed because this was one first time booking an air bnb on my own. I loved it the place the area and he was GREAT. I will be booking again

Host is great and so understanding ! Even my broke few things in the home still host provide me reasonable replacements ! Host re clean the one of the room after i requested ! So great to pick this home for our vacation and definitely recommend for any family! I definitely rent this again in next time!

Cai Ling and John’s place was great. It was just as described. It was clean and had what we needed for our short stay. As they stated they only provide limited supplies so if you need additional supplies please bring them. I would definitely stay there again.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this vacation unit, managed by Denisse! The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Every room was impeccable—clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The Tuscany Resort amenities were truly a dream. From the serene pool area to the quiet, well-kept surroundings, everything added to the perfect vacation vibe. Denisse was a fantastic host—responsive, thoughtful, and made the whole experience seamless. We’re already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended!

We loved staying at Fonti’s place the host was quick to respond and very nice. The place was just how it was described and came with a beautiful view. We would love to stay here again if in Orlando.

Everything was amazing. The place is very nice and clean, I would just add more kitchen utensils, since for the number of people who rent the pots and pans are not enough, but everything else is perfect

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! The property was large, clean, and located in a safe, gated neighborhood. It was perfect for our big family, with plenty of space and comfortable beds for everyone. The fully equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze, and the washer and dryer were so convenient. Each room had its own TV, which was a great touch, and the balcony offered stunning views of the nearby water park. My kids enjoyed the waterpark. The bathrooms were luxurious, featuring glass showers and a large tub, adding to the overall comfort. The host was incredibly responsive and maintained excellent communication throughout our stay, making everything so easy and stress-free. The home’s proximity to stores and other amenities made it even more convenient. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious, well-maintained, and family friendly home! This property was by far the cleanest ABnB I've ever stayed at. Brittany was very responsible to my questions I'd recommend anybody stay here I'll definitely stay again whenever I'm in the Orlando area.

Ana was always super responsive, and incredibly flexible and helpful with the apartment's vehicle registration when my flight was delayed past the front office being closed.

Our stay here in Davenport was excellent. The resort and condo had everything we wanted and needed. The weather was great. The location was perfect. It took us 50 minutes to get to Universal and a hour and a half to get to Saint Petes Beach. The food and the drinks were excellent as well. We had 2 18-year-old boys with us and they were now bored. Hope to be back again soon.

I enjoyed my stay here so much. The apartment was so cute and cozy, super clean and spacious. It is in a gated property so itself safe and overall a great location. If and when I am back in town, I will definitely stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Gina’s condo. It is very comfortable, clean and convenient to everything we needed. The grounds are well maintained and a great place to get in a good walk or just to relax. We would highly recommend the condo and location.

The Air BNB was great. Unfortunately we had to deal with alot of traffic thanks to construction. And people in the place above us was stomping all day and night. Obviously the hosts have no control over that. But just be aware there is alot of construction traffic and u might have to deal with people stomping.
