Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Davao Region

The place was super clean and spacious - even with 12 of us staying there, it never felt cramped. We loved how the beach was just right outside the accommodation. There's even a cute little swing! The view was beautiful, and we got to catch the sunset too. Kaputian Beach Park is just a short walk away, and there are plenty of stores around- carinderias, convenience stores, and even BBQ stalls at night. There's also a market nearby if you're after fresh seafood. On our last day, we actually bought fish straight from the fishermen- it was caught at 3 AM that same day! Check-in and check-out were super smooth, thanks to the owner and caretaker being really responsive. We honestly loved everything about the place. If we ever visit Samal again, we're definitely booking here a second time.

We were stunned at the location. This is comparable to a private resort. we could not believe how impressive the location was for the price. Arno graciously picked us up from the port (airport pickup also available) and offered us the use of his car to drive around which was extremely helpful. The location is surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden with trees, plants and a pool. The compound is also self-sufficient with solar panels and harvested rainwater. the home itself was extremely modern, equipped with Wi-Fi and starlink for internet, beautiful bathroom, fully equipped and spacious kitchen and a bedroom with an amazing view of the garden. In the centre of the garden is a large area for dining and socialising. the buildings are named after the planets and have architecture Which is thematic for the buildings. this is the best Airbnb we have ever been to and it was like being part of the family. Thank you Arno and family. we will definitely visit again.

The place was nice and quiet with lots of room to stay. For people who loves it surf or want to surf in Davao , this place is very close to Dahican beach. Beautiful ocean there .

Celina and Harod were a great host, especially Celina. She was honest and provided alternative solutions whenever something wasn’t working out. The price for the place was just right, it might have been more expensive than other places, but the view and accommodations were definitely worth it. Celina was great with communication too. Very green flag for this listing.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The apartment is quiet, well-designed, and has great lighting - especially the LED lights behind the TV. The kitchen is well-equipped and relatively clean, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout. A few things to keep in mind: Netflix access only worked once, despite being advertised. Some towels were a bit worn, and there were food leftovers from previous guests, which wasn’t ideal. The bedroom has no air conditioning, and the living room AC unit wasn’t enough to cool the whole space, especially at night. Also, when I arrived late at night, there was no drinking water available, which made things difficult after a long trip (even a small drinking water bottle could be helpful). These small issues aside, I enjoyed the stay and would consider coming back. With a few improvements, it could be excellent.

My stay here was absolutely wonderful! Despite being located at the heart of the city, the place is still so peaceful, it was like you can't even hear the busy city streets of Davao. The location is very accessible to all establishments that you might want/need to go to. On the other hand, the unit itself is very clean and nice! What you see in the pictures is truly what you'll see and experience in person. Miss Genevieve was very responsive and proactive in answering my inquiries despite the time difference. Also the staff, especially Ma'am Ann were very kind and welcoming. Truly a cozy home away from home. I will definitely be coming back here again soon! 🫶

Great cozy place and in a great location in Davao

The location was superb, the unit was so clean and had a very nice view of the sunrise. The owner is very responsive and always helpful. free water is a bonus plus the fridge is on so no foul smell from it. hot and cold shower works and the toiletries is a plus. The only thing that needs improvement is the blanket as it is not thick given the very cold window type airconditioning unit. It would be a bonus if there is a comforter (hehehehe). Al in all 5 star stay and will definitely be back soon.

Always choose to stay at this place since last year, for our staycations. Place is neat, has a good space for cooking and very accessible since downtown lang. Kasoo always booked haha shows how the place is nice and the hosts are very thoughtful and responsive. God Bless!

We had a last-minute booking at this unit due to some errands, and I’m so glad we chose this place! The host at Avida Condo was very approachable and considerate of our situation. Despite our long travel time, she was incredibly patient and quick to provide all the necessary information. Vangie was also very nice and accommodating, which made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The unit itself was fantastic clean, well-maintained, and to my surprise, located on the top floor with a beautiful view! It was such a treat to enjoy that scenic perspective. The internet connection was fast, and having access to Netflix was definitely a bonus. Overall, it was an amazing stay and I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great hospitality.
