Loved our stay! The place was so chic! I loved how the unit was designed. I felt that the owner was pretty hands-on in designing the place because there was so much thought to the cohesiveness of the furniture/fixture. Will surely book again.

Wonderful Stay! We had a fantastic time staying at this condo! The space was clean, stylish, and exactly as pictured. The bed was super comfortable. The location was perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions, but still quiet and peaceful. Check-in was a breeze, and the host was incredibly responsive and friendly. We’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The place was great—spacious enough to comfortably accommodate at least six people. The host was very responsive and answered all of my questions promptly. This was my first time booking, and overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Fritzie’s place was spotless and beautifully maintained. The location is incredibly convenient, right next to a mall, which made everything easily accessible. Definitely worth it! It's a great place when you're planning on a staycation. It's basically just near mall where you can find whatever you needed. Highly recommend this place for those whose looking for a place to relax.

I really enjoyed my 5 nights stay in Davao. The place is conveniently near restaurants, coffee shops, convenient stores and mall. I especially like that the owner is very accommodating and that the unit is furnished with appliances, including iron and blower and the wifi connection is strong. All in all, I’d stay here again and would recommend this place to friends.

I have to say this place was wonderful, felt safe thanks to the reassurance the host kept on giving me, and how quick they where to respond and once there was the smallest problem they didn't hesitate to help, loved the place and highly recommend this host.

Rachel’s place is very cozy and clean, with magnificent and relaxing view of Davao City. Walking distance to church, mall, restaurants, and hospital. We welcomed 2025 in her place, and we were able to witness the fireworks display from IGACOS. Her place is so homey, everything you need is here, looked exactly like the picture she posted. Great cozy place and in a great location in Davao

Probably the best overall condo rental I have ever had. The location and building management were excellent. Security was very present and effective but not militant. The unit was larger than most with a great view. Hot shower and cold Air conditioner. Definitely recommend this rental. 10 for 10 I would rent again.

Great location. The condo has a beautiful view of davao city and its very walkable to gaisano mall. I loved my stay.

Centrally located downtown, the unit was clean and well maintained. Good views. The building was nice but the gym was sparse. The unit is downtown so it was noisy from the trafic, and we happened to. E there for Easter so the church loud speakers ran all day. I would recomend this Airbnb to anyone the place was good just be aware of the small drawbacks to the central location. Brenda responded quickly to us and the reception desk was also helpful. If you hang a left out the front door you have easy access to taxi or jeepany.

the place was good, safe, some restaurants nearby, also laundry place next door, a little far from airport though, but overall is well worth the price.

I stayed here for a week with my girlfriend and cousin during our visit to the Philippines. The host was super nice and responsive. The place felt very secure with plenty of security guards around, a nice lobby, and key card access required for the elevator which adds an extra level of safety. The room was clean and cozy—perfect for 2 people, but still usable for 3–4. It also has a balcony, though we didn’t use it much because it was quite hot during our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend it!
