Located in the middle of the mountains, 40 minutes from the centre of Grenoble, in a quiet and green setting. This house is my primary residence. We will welcome you to our village house, in adobe, in a green setting in the countryside, close to Bourgoin-Jallieu, 6 km from the A43 and A 48 between Lyon, Grenoble and Chambéry (30 min). It's an ideal stopover on the way to sun and skiing. You can also come and discover northern Dauphiné. We will serve you breakfast in our kitchen or on the shaded terrace if the weather is nice!

Our house is located in the countryside, close to Lake Paladru (5 min drive), Voiron (7 min drive) and 30 min from Grenoble. You can also take a break on the way to the ski resorts... which are less than an hour from us! We are quiet, surrounded by fields, with views of the foothills of the Chartreuse mountain range. We have a wooded garden and cats.

Really calm estate with parking places and closed by a gate with an access code. It is near to "Eurexpo", a place where trade fairs and exhibitions are held. There is a castle, restaurants and small shops nearby, only a 5-minute walk from the house. The shopping centre is a 10-minute car or tram ride, with many shops and a large supermarket.

We welcome you to our newly renovated home in Saint-Savin, located 15 minutes from Bourgoin-Jallieu. We offer for rent a 20 m2 room with a shower room and a separate toilet. The entrance is private. We have installed a lockbox to make access to the accommodation easier, the code will be communicated to you on the same day.
