Holiday rentals with beach access in Dauphiné

Very comfortable accommodation in a very nice environment, with Lake Bourget under the windows. The winter atmosphere is very special, but it deprived us of a beautiful terrace. It should just be noted that the village offers no amenities and that you have to plan ahead before arriving, especially for food...

The property is true to the photos with a magnificent view. Lots of amenities available which makes the stay even more enjoyable. I'll just add a small downside to the hot/ cold water settings in the shower that wasn't working. I recommend this beautiful place!

Very well located and spacious apartment. The space was very clean and tidy. Proximity to lakefront and shops. You can do almost anything by foot. It would just be missing some dishes in the kitchen so as not to be harbor when there are many of us. I highly recommend this host!

We had a pleasant stay, Sophie's accommodation is ideally located, the decor is very cozy, and the accommodation is very well equipped and clean. We were hosted very well. We highly recommend Sophie's place, and if we return to Aix-les-Bains, we will take the same place. Aix-les-Bains is a pleasant town with incredible architecture.

Very good stay in this very nice apartment with all amenities. No need to take the car: 5 min walk to town and 20 min to the lake. Key handover was very easy with accommodating and very available hosts. Thank you for your kindness and responsiveness. Recommended!!!

Location near the lake and its activities, recent apartment, well equipped, clean and with a large pleasant terrace as well as a large garage that seems essential when the surroundings are busy. Thanks to Michel for his hospitality and advice on local activities, many and pleasant. A hotel and place to recommend.

Martine welcomed us warmly to her very well-equipped and as-described accommodation. We felt right at home and our baby acclimated very well. Our host is not stingy with advice and recommendations about the area. In love with the area, we will definitely come back to this little nest!

We left for a week of disconnection, we were not disappointed. Lovely, quiet and functional accommodation. Everything was done to feel good. The Nordic bath is excellent. The ping pong table made us have a really good time. A big thank you to Emmanuel, our host, whose responsiveness is for rent!

We had a great holiday in Sandrine's house. The house is a stone's throw from the lake, right in front of two restaurants, and has a large walled garden, perfect for children and dogs. Sandrine and Julien were very responsive and welcoming. We'll be happy to go back!

Excellent weekends for a wedding. Gildas welcomed us with friends to his house which is very nice, welcoming and extremely clean. We felt right at home in an original and neat decoration. The very good bedding is also a very positive point. We would be happy to come back if the opportunity arises for a longer stay. Lake Paladru is worth the trip.

Superb apartment, well-equipped and refurbished. We stayed there for 15 days with a 3-year-old child and it was perfect! The pool is amazing, no complaints! If we return to Lake Bourget for our vacation we will definitely come back here :)

The home lives up to what we project with the photos, modern, well-equipped and perfectly located. The lake view is beautiful. Tiphaine was a perfect host, accepting an early check-in to allow our daughters to nap and available by message to answer any questions we had. Only small point of vigilance for sensitive people: we were hot in April when all the heaters were off (and it is not possible to leave the windows open because of the noise on the parking / street side). But it may be manageable in the summer with a good fan!

Very good stay in a very nice, clean and quiet studio, very well supplied, near the lake accessible on foot in 15 minutes, and bus to the center in 5 minutes.

The accommodation matched the listing perfectly, clean and in a good location. No complaints about the experience itself. On the other hand, communication could be a little warmer and more adapted, as some responses were a little surprising. Too bad, because otherwise everything was perfect.

Very nice stay at Martine's, High-End Residence with Jacuzzi Pool, hammam, gym, too bad the Jacuzzi and hammam didn't work. Close to a beach and water activities. Flawless accommodation with terrace, located on the 1st floor. Municipal swimming pool opposite, a little noisy during the day with some children's screams, but we were on vacation. Charming and very accommodating host. We are delighted with our stay, the weather being part of it too.

Jean-Claude was responsive and very available, including to offer us equipment because we were coming with a 15 month old baby. Impeccable accommodation!
