Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Datça Mahallesi

We had a wonderful first holiday with our 9 month old son at Giorgos place. The apartment is well set up for little ones and great value for money. Its a 10 minute walk to the lovely Mastihari with its sandy beach, bars and really great restaurants. We had some of the freshest fish there! Transport was easy (we don't yet drive), with a bus stop in the town and a great cab service on hand. The apartment is well equipt with all we needed and more and we enjoyed using the garden in the evenings. Its the perfect spot to see the whole island, easy to locate and next to onw of the nicest small towns the island has to offer. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, we even did a boat trip one day. Giorgos was really kind, helpful and generous. Anything we needed, he would advise us really quickly and he even shared his own local honey and fresh eggs wit us! We had a wonderful time

We planned to spend 10 days in a quiet place near the sea, chose this option and did not regret it at all! Everything was clean, spacious, we lived on the whole floor in a separate very sunny house surrounded by almond, tangerine, orange trees, as well as a large number of local cats and chickens :) The huge very clean beach is a 15-minute walk away, there are also a variety of beaches in the surrounding area that can be easily reached by car. It takes about 40 minutes by car to Datca. Yudum and her parents were very caring, answered our questions, and treated us with homemade chicken eggs, almonds and houses. I really didn't want to leave, we had an unforgettable vacation!

Compared to the price of the house, it offers more in terms of location, amenities and cleanliness. 5 min walk to the bus station and markets. If you come with your vehicle, there is a parking lot in front of it. The host provides information about the neighborhood and responds quickly to any questions you may have. I will definitely choose this house the next time I go to Datça.

A pleasure to deal with. Eager to help including fitting a mattress topper as we found bed fairly firm ( personal taste!) Allowed us to stay on until we left for our late flight. A gentleman who always responded very quickly. Highly recommend.

During our two-month stay, Ms. Başak responded quickly to all our questions and requests for advice, and all her advice was always spot on. The location of the house is magnificent. The Producer's Market, which is set up one street ahead on Wednesdays, is a great convenience. It is close to everywhere on foot, but it is also in a location away from the noise and crowd of Datça when tranquility is desired. The house itself is already very useful, and having two bathrooms provides great comfort if you have guests. Kitchen supplies are plentiful and definitely sufficient. It was cleaner and more organized than many of the hotels I stayed in. It was very enjoyable and relaxing to have breakfast on the balcony and spend time all day when necessary. The decoration of the house is not tiring at all, plenty of books and various indirect lighting options add a peaceful atmosphere to the house. The fact that Ms. Başak approached the guests as her own private guests, not as customers, and showed this care to her house will definitely be enough reasons to visit here many times. Thank you.

We enjoyed a three night stay at Katerina and Terry’s place and found it well equipped and very well situated. It was so close to our ferry drop off by the clock tower - just a couple of minutes walk - which was super convenient… it was also really close to lots of other things - there is a small supermarket just down the nearest steps where we found everything we needed included bottled water at a good price (we got through lots as the tap water on the island isn’t drinkable). The apartment also was minutes from some swimming steps into the harbour which we used to go for a swim and snorkel from in the incredibly clear water. We would very much recommend this! There are plenty of bars, restaurants and little shops nearby to walk around and we enjoyed climbing the steps to the upper town, which isn’t far. Overall it’s a great base for exploring Symi and our hosts communicated really well and checked in to ensure we knew where our ferry left from too. Thanks to you both! Jo and Matt

We had a wonderful week. We can't wait to come again. Mr. Hayri was very helpful. The house was very useful. Very close to the sea, has a very pleasant balcony. The house was very clean. We were very satisfied. It would be great if we see a dishwasher next year:) Thanks for everything.

Mr. Süleyman and his wife are very kind and polite people, they welcomed us first, the location of the house is 10 minutes by car to the center and 30 minutes to the beach. The area was airy and beautiful, the house was very clean, the furniture and bed linen were clean, everything was thought of for a summer stay

The location of the house was very good, very close to the bus station and grocery stores, Ms. Ferda, the mother of Mr. Barış, was very caring and kind and helped us by giving us suggestions. We felt at home, we will choose this place without thinking about it during our next Datça holiday.

It is a 5-minute walk to the Sevgi Yolu, the beach and the municipal facility by the sea. You can walk to the restaurants and markets in the bazaar in 8-10 minutes. There are all options for cooking at home. It was very enjoyable to have our breakfast on the balcony. We also used the dishwasher and washing machine. There's a car parking space. If we come back to Datça, we would like to stay here again.

The house is the same as in the images. The kitchen and bathroom are quite luxurious. It is very enjoyable to sit peacefully in the garden in the evenings and to have a barbecue. It is 5 minutes by car to the center of Datça. Clean as well, full score. We thank Mr. Aras, the host, who took care of us from beginning to end. I would definitely like to come back.

Perfect location for walking to Kos Town and all the shops, restaurants & bars that are there. Also easy to walk to the port & marina where there are also numerous restaurants & bars. Supermarket a short distance. All archaeological sites also close by. Apartment spacious & comfortable & fully equipped. Would recommend.
