Beachfront holiday rental in Datça Mahallesi

Just book it - you won’t be disappointed. “As Cute as a button” - was all we could think when we first arrived. We felt blessed to be able to stay in such a beautiful house, so lovingly styled, with such a beautiful view of one of the prettiest islands in Greece. We thought Symi town was stunning, and sitting on that sun drenched huge balcony you got to take in the magnificent views throughout the day. Maria (number one to us!!!) is a delightful host, going out of her way to make your stay a memorable one. She met us in Rhodes to give us the keys, with such kindness and warmth. We had lovely treats awaiting us on our arrival, and all the necessary basics needed in the kitchen. If you want a bit of an adrenaline rush, catch the local bus to the other end of the island to the monastery. Harrowing to say the least- Locals praying! In closing, when we were walking out the door on our final day, my husband said that he would come back in a heartbeat. What more can I say....

Alkmini’s place was traditional and charming. We felt so at home. The location was the best in town we felt and such beautiful views the only thing that could beat the views were Alkmini’s father he welcomed us and suggested great places to eat and was super helpful.

A really great apartment for vacation Kos! The apartment has everything you need. The beachfront location with large deck is so beautiful. Otherwise, it is well located, all you need is in walking distance. There were three of us there for five days and we enjoyed the holiday very much. Especially because of the lovely hospitality!

Great host, Apartment is very well maintained, bedroom is quietly located. We didn't need air conditioning, it was cool enough in October. Mano is always available if there are any questions. also Mano's tips, highly recommended. The location is simply unbeatable, less than 5 meters to the beach, not so many people walk by, as it is quite at the end. If we come back to Kos, we'll go there!!!

Once we arrived at the apartment we were met by Helen who lived above. She was lovely very helpful and responsive but not intrusive. On the day of our arrival there were basic provisions including some nice homemade jam and honey and cake. The position of the apartment was superb with views over Pedi harbour from a large terrace where you could choose sun or shade. There were two nice restaurants and two cafes nearby and a shop with everything you could need. Pedi was a very friendly place to stay. The nearest beach was walkable with a reasonable level of fitness. Alternatively there was a boat which ran frequently to the beaches.

Alexandros is a very friendly and kind host! The check in was fast and he responded very fast ☺️ The hot tub is perfect for a holiday in Kos. It is near to the beach and several restaurants ☀️ he recommended beautiful places nearby the accommodation. The small garden was perfect for relaxing and enjoying breakfast. Especially the Jakuzzi was a real highlight. In the fridge he left some food, so we could load our Energy After arriving the island 👍🏼 alexandros father (he lives next to the accommodation) was helpful all the time! Thank you for the Beautiful holidays. When coming back to Kos, we will definitely stay again at the Hot Tub 🔥 ☺️🙈

The view of the location is great and the sea is magnificent. The food preparation and eating area is open and it is peaceful to have a super sea view. The patio is perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset. Going without a car can be challenging.

Wonderful house. Situated perfectly in nature and a great location to explore Datça. Our family enjoyed our stay thoroughly!

A hotel you want to come back to. Nice and helpful staff even when you check out, nice clean rooms, good cleaning, good AC. Many TV channels. The pool is big, clean, good location, playground for kids. Nice green areas. The hotel is well located. By bike you are in coscity within minutes. Quiet location a bit outside but feels close to everything. Close to beaches. Near minimarkets, bike, car and buggy rentals. Near resturants. Definitely a pearl! 🌟❤

With the information that Mari sent us in advance, we found the place very well. The villa is in a quiet street and we have always found a parking space right in front. The area is very quiet and pleasant. Smaller shops and the beach can be reached on foot via stairs. We especially loved the view of Kos and the pool. Also the Local Beach is very nice. The city center of Turgutreis is a few minutes by car. There are larger grocery stores and plenty of choice at restaurants. The view of the islands there is one of the most beautiful in the Aegais. She communication with Mari was great, always fast, helpful and super nice. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

The Anchor House was an absolutely beautiful home.A gem in Symi. It was a most relaxing stay ,the bedroom so tasteful and the bed so comfortable.The living space so well appointed with different areas to relax in,in either shade or sun all with stunning views. The location is superb,near fabulous restaurants and a minute away from a little beach.Jeanie our host was simply amazing.Nothing was too much.She served the most beautiful breakfast in the morning and then with such enthusiasm helped with suggesting what we could do each day,from telling us about all the beaches,the times of boats and buses and suggesting restaurants and kindly reserving a table for us. We could not recommend the Anchor house more.

Michale’s was a great host and worked over time to help us through some scheduling issues. Villas was beautiful and away from the hustle and bustle of the down town. Nice to get away from the touristy areas and enjoy the beach.

We spent three days at Mr. Ercan's house, a total of four people came to the house when we first arrived, Ms. Haşa greeted us and introduced us to the house, she was very friendly and helpful, and we saw the sincerity that we could reach her in everything. Our neighbors in the site were very friendly and helpful, and we are very happy to meet them. The house is very clean, very tidy, and you will find everything you need, a house has all the essentials, you only need to buy the food or drink you will make. In addition, the location of the house has its own coastal areas within a 2-minute walk to the sea and the pool of the compound is just as beautiful . Apart from that, Ms. Bati also responded quickly every time we called and helped us with all our needs. We enjoyed the days and time we very much plan to come back.

Andrea is a very good host, very friendly and helpfully! If we had problems or questions we could reach him all the time through mobile and he respond us always very quick.

I would like to hear from Ms. Efsun and her family because of her kindness . If we summarize our home holiday, the plain is the place I knew and loved it before, but I can say that this house has made a fascinating impact thanks to this house

Although we had to leave early for personal reasons, we had a really nice time. The place was as described, great proximity to the sea and accessibility. Ms. Hatice is a very interested host who responds very quickly and we would like to thank her. I would advise those who come to Mesudiye to do their big shopping from the supermarket on the road.

amazing view for some relaxing nights

Simply the best location in the fantastic town of Datca. Right in the heart of the best street with amazing views of the amphitheatre (2 shows on whilst we stayed). The double glazing mutes all outdoor sound or you can sit the generous balcony to absorb the atmosphere. Really spacious kitchen and sitting area. Two good sized bedrooms. Very modern and pristine throughout. Highly recommend staying here.

Perfect location. Close to everything. The apartment is spacious, clean and with a great view. The only drawback is that it's in the center, so music and people are busy until 2am. It can be a nuisance for those who are obsessed with sound and want to go to bed early at night.

As described in the explanations and as you read in the comments. The house is very close to the sea and peaceful. you can have a pleasant and beautiful holiday. It is also a great advantage that the host has another facility nearby. They immediately responded to any minor problems we encountered and helped us. Thank you.

We stayed at Sadi brother and Melahat's house for about two weeks in August and had a very enjoyable time. They also decorated our stay with their delicious treats and helpfulness. Thanks again for everything. The location of the house is also very easy in terms of access to the center and the sea. For those with small children, the site where the house is located is very prosperous and calm. By bike or on foot, you can reach the site's own beach in 3-5 minutes and the center can be reached in 10 minutes by car. On the beach, the site's own sun loungers and shower can be used. There is a grocery store and restaurant about 500m away. The hygiene of the textiles was also very satisfying in terms of the comfort of the beds and the kitchen tools and equipment.

We stayed with our family and friends and were very comfortable. The place of the house is very nice from the beach open, Berna Hanim also has lendi sunbeds by the sea, it is very comfortable to swim in the sea and especially suitable for children. There is everything in the house, especially in the kitchen. When there is any problem, Ms. Berna takes care of it right away and finds a solution. The day we arrived, you had a little problem with the stove, and Ms. Berna immediately picked up and sent a new stove. We were really comfortable. Previous comments mentioned the live music near the house. Yes, there is music coming from the nearby bar, but the evening did not make us comfortable. It doesn't bother you, especially when the windows are closed inside the house. Highly recommend Berna Hanim's house.
