Beachfront holiday rental in Datça

We can call it a clean, sparkling welcoming family run. The rooms are exactly the same as what you see in the photos. The location is in the middle of the wonderful sheep, so when you walk on both sides, you get tired at least with🤓 2 steps. You are already on the beach, the employees have a smile, they help us with everything we ask and their conversations were very nice. We fell in love with Selimia with the stillness of the sea, the nighttime stars, with the scenery of every hour. I feel very lucky to have met such a beautiful business as well. When we come to close the season, we will definitely stay at the same place again ❤️

Ms. Ayçıl and her uncle, Mr. Tuncay, were extremely kind, quality and caring people. They hosted us very nicely. Selimiye boat tour at sunset with their own boats was very enjoyable. And thank you for that. The location of the house was very nice, you go to the sea in ten steps. I think the sea is the most beautiful sea in the region. It is shallow and ideal for children.. It is much nicer to swim in the morning and evenings. It has a warm sea. It is a resort that has not lost its naturalness. You are vacationing in the village, but there is everything you need. We had a beautiful four days in a calm and peaceful environment where we enjoyed being with beautiful people we were happy to meet. Would recommend to anyone who wants to come.

I would definitely recommend it to a friendly host. It is 1-2 streets away from the bars street in the center and it was very easy and comfortable to reach beautiful places when you leave the house.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful waterfront Airbnb! The home was spotless, spacious, and perfectly located with easy access to all the fun spots in Marmaris. The view was stunning, and the peaceful vibe made it hard to leave. Our host, Ismail, was amazing — so kind, helpful, and super responsive to all our questions. He truly went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. He also guided us throughout our stay, making the whole experience even better than we imagined. You truly can’t find better than this in all of Marmaris. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting!

We were in a very nice and private place due to its location. We had a peaceful, quiet vacation. It was a perfect holiday with its magnificent view and a great hostess. Everything you need in the house was available and spotless. It was quite enjoyable to watch the sunset on the terrace and when you step through the door, your foot touched the sea. Ms. Fatmagül was caring and relevant from the moment we entered the house to our check out moment. Thank you for making us feel like we were in our own home. Although we had to leave early for personal reasons, we had a really nice time. The place was as described, great proximity to the sea and accessibility. Ms. Hatice is a very interested host who responds very quickly and we would like to thank her. I would advise those who come to Mesudiye to do their big shopping from the supermarket on the road.

amazing view for some relaxing nights

Simply the best location in the fantastic town of Datca. Right in the heart of the best street with amazing views of the amphitheatre (2 shows on whilst we stayed). The double glazing mutes all outdoor sound or you can sit the generous balcony to absorb the atmosphere. Really spacious kitchen and sitting area. Two good sized bedrooms. Very modern and pristine throughout. Highly recommend staying here.

Perfect location. Close to everything. The apartment is spacious, clean and with a great view. The only drawback is that it's in the center, so music and people are busy until 2am. It can be a nuisance for those who are obsessed with sound and want to go to bed early at night.

We stayed at Sadi brother and Melahat's house for about two weeks in August and had a very enjoyable time. They also decorated our stay with their delicious treats and helpfulness. Thanks again for everything. The location of the house is also very easy in terms of access to the center and the sea. For those with small children, the site where the house is located is very prosperous and calm. By bike or on foot, you can reach the site's own beach in 3-5 minutes and the center can be reached in 10 minutes by car. On the beach, the site's own sun loungers and shower can be used. There is a grocery store and restaurant about 500m away. The hygiene of the textiles was also very satisfying in terms of the comfort of the beds and the kitchen tools and equipment.

The host, Mr. Faruk and his wife, are simply wonderful people, we stayed with❣️ 3 families and we were very comfortable. The house is very handy and the garden is great. It was very nice to greet them at the door and send off by offering apple pie and tea on the way back. We can't say. Good people still exist. See you again. Thank you so much for everything.

We stayed with our family and friends and were very comfortable. The place of the house is very nice from the beach open, Berna Hanim also has lendi sunbeds by the sea, it is very comfortable to swim in the sea and especially suitable for children. There is everything in the house, especially in the kitchen. When there is any problem, Ms. Berna takes care of it right away and finds a solution. The day we arrived, you had a little problem with the stove, and Ms. Berna immediately picked up and sent a new stove. We were really comfortable. Previous comments mentioned the live music near the house. Yes, there is music coming from the nearby bar, but the evening did not make us comfortable. It doesn't bother you, especially when the windows are closed inside the house. Highly recommend Berna Hanim's house.
