Holiday rentals with beach access in Datça Mahallesi

We planned to spend 10 days in a quiet place near the sea, chose this option and did not regret it at all! Everything was clean, spacious, we lived on the whole floor in a separate very sunny house surrounded by almond, tangerine, orange trees, as well as a large number of local cats and chickens :) The huge very clean beach is a 15-minute walk away, there are also a variety of beaches in the surrounding area that can be easily reached by car. It takes about 40 minutes by car to Datca. Yudum and her parents were very caring, answered our questions, and treated us with homemade chicken eggs, almonds and houses. I really didn't want to leave, we had an unforgettable vacation!

We would like to thank our host, Mr. Erol, who is hospitable, polite and very caring. 4 people welcomed us into his home without any problems. This beautiful house will definitely be our priority for the next holiday in Datça. Cheers from Adana, Uncle Erol:)

The place of the house is very nice, very central. There are amenities nearby for all kinds of needs. In addition, the house is very tastefully furnished, the items are new, there was nothing missing and it was spotless. I don't think we will look for another alternative the next time we come to Datca. We would like to thank Mr. Doruk and Ms. Mehtap for their close interest.

Great place to stay. Really good location; lots of shops and restaurants around and only a short stroll to the beach area. We were a party of four individuals so each having our own room made our stay ideal . Would recommend.

It was a clean and tidy house as shown in the photos, and being close to the beach in terms of location and being in a central location made many things easier

We stayed at Mr. Murat's house with great pleasure for 1 week. First of all, I should mention the cleanliness of the house, its order, and the sincerity of Mr. Murat. Mr. Murat is very helpful and thanks to our questions, he never left us free of charge. The house is about 10 minutes walk from the center of Datça and in a very calm area. If you're looking for a place to clean your own home, you can stay in this house without a second thought. The balcony of the house is even better than it looks in the pictures. The house also has all the amenities. The house has everything if you want to stay for a long time. Finally, we would like to thank Ms. Ülkü for her hospitality. I hope you will stay here and leave happy. Thanks for everything.

We had a good time in a cozy apartment. Sidika's sister met us and made very delicious pancakes. The apartment is very nice. The Internet signal was weak, but I could watch movies sometimes.

The place we stayed was as pictured, and it was extremely enjoyable because it had a large garden. Ms. Merve and her husband were very friendly and very interested , the bungolov house has everything to meet your daily needs, it is a clean and tidy , pleasant environment . We were very satisfied , it will be my first choice if I come to Datça again.

We stayed at Mr. Onur's house for 4 nights and we were very satisfied. It was obviously better than we expected. First of all, the location of the house is very good, you can easily reach the most beautiful bays in a place. If nightlife is not your priority, it makes much more sense than staying in the center of Datça. The house was very clean and everything was considered up to the refrigerator bags when we entered. The place was cozy and clean, I felt very comfortable. The location is perfect, as you were within 5 minutes of the promenade and the beautiful public beach and still in a quiet corner. Highly recommended!

It is easy to get to the seaside by car. If you do not have a car, you can reach the beach by walking within a maximum of 30 minutes. All kinds of things available around the house for shopping

Yigit is a very responsive and helpful host. Takes care of all possible issues and constantly informs you. Place is clean and everything is working fine. There are some abandoned village homes around the house though which are not depicted in the photos. That is the only downside. People in the village are welcoming and helpful. The place is worth the money and I would overall recommend it.

With a unique beautiful view, isolated but very close to the center, there is no deprivation. It's a great medium to watch the sky, I've never observed the stars so intensely. It's actually obvious in the photos, but I realized when I saw that the house is a tiny house. Although the place is narrow, it is convenient. The garden is quite well designed. Large, simple and stylish. The road to get to the house is very narrow, steep dirt and stony. Suitable for transportation vehicles. You have to be careful. We got used to it at one time too. The host is also a kind, helpful gentleman. It was a nice experience. Thank you.

The view was great. We had a hard time leaving the house, we would stay for another month if we had time. The taste was left in our palate. Everything was thought out and clean in the kitchen. Thank you so much for this beautiful experience .

We would like to thank Mr. Uğur for his friendly hospitality. The house was spotless as it appears in the pictures, and we felt like we were in our own home. Bathroom, kitchen, laundry was clean. We stayed for 4 people, a useful and spacious house. We also mentioned that we have a baby, a high chair has been provided. In short, if we come back to Datca, we will choose Ela Apart without hesitation.

Jenny's place was great in every way. The house had plenty of everything you needed. All rooms and bathroom were spotless. It was within walking distance to the beaches, restaurants and the center in terms of location. She hosted us great and prepared special little surprises for us. We are so happy to have met her. It was our best ever airbnb experience ❤️

We had wonderful days in Kos. The airbnb was very central and well equipped. The contact with Dimitra was super lovely and although we didn’t meet in person she made us feel at home. Thank you for having us! We definitely recommend this great apartment.

We had a beautiful stay. The apartment was absolutely spotless & a really lovely space to feel at home. Everything was great. Very beautiful sea view from balcony and windows. Beach is 5 minutes away. Shops, restaurants and all you need are around the area. The host was very friendly. We did have problem with wi fi,sometimes it worked sometimes no. Definitely worth it

It is a very comfortable flat, with everything one needs supplied. It felt like at home as all the amenities were really thoughtfully provided. Its rococo style decoration gives the home a cheerful character. Kitchen and bathroom is spotless clean as the whole flat itself. Manolis is reachable within few minutes and check in is perfectly easy. Thank you to Manolis and to his wife!

I stayed at George’s place with my mum and sister for 8 nights and we had a lovely time. We were greeted by his mum Casia and she was very welcoming. She was very friendly and helpful. When we requested additional things she immediately provided them. The view from the apartment was amazing and the beach is only 1 minute walk. The kitchen was equipped with everything you’d need as we cooked ourselves most days. The area was very quite and peaceful and we felt very safe. It’s only 15 mins drive to Rhodes old town which was also very convenient. The communication with George was excellent. We had a slight issue with the aircon and he got it repaired very quickly. There are lots of restaurants, small and big supermarkets, gift shops, etc. We enjoyed watching the airplanes landing to the nearby airport and also the cure land train which provides sightseeing tours. We’d definitely come back and recommend George’s place.

Perfect location and very well equipped and well renovated house

While my friend and I went during the offseason, Dionysia’s place was adorable! It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. She left us a gift of cute soaps, one of which was in the shape of a donkey! The place smelled great and was in a convenient location. Dionysia was very quick to respond whenever we had troubles. Such a kind woman! Definitely will be back for my next trip!
