Thanks to our location, just 6 km from the centre of Datça, you can enjoy the tranquillity while also being able to reach the beaches, restaurants and attractions in 5–10 minutes by car. There are a total of 4 villas within the same spacious and well-maintained garden. The swimming pool in the middle of our villas is a common area. Our large and open garden is ideal for relaxing, spending time safely with children, and enjoying the outdoors.

Hi, first of all these are cob houses all made by clay in the traditional stone masonery methods of ancient mediterranean. We're leading a self sustainable life 'as much as we can' so our electricity is coming from solar energy panels which are enough to run a small fridge, laptops, lights and phone charges. Wood fire water heater in the bathroom. We wanted to be far from the crowd so we re a bit not so easy to get at. So its best if you have a 4x4 or u can walk a path uphill for 15 minutes.

Our duplex apartment with panoramic views of Datça is a 3+1 and can accommodate up to 8 people. In our apartment; 2 double beds, 2 single beds, There are 2 sofa beds. There are 3 air conditioners in total (18000, 12000, 9000). There are two WCs and a separate bathroom in our house. Our house, where the city and the sea are at your feet, is a 6-minute walk from the center and the central beaches. You can reach it directly by car via the ring road and use the parking area.
