Our vacation home is a spacious forester's house on more than 2300 square meters of land, which offers plenty of comfort. Behind the historic facade are four bedrooms, three modern bathrooms, a guest toilet and a bright country kitchen. In the spacious living and dining area with fireplace or the sauna, you can relax wonderfully. In summer, our swimming pool invites you to refresh yourself. The house offers a spacious outdoor area with several terraces and teak furniture as well as sun loungers.

Recreation in the forest settlement of Glashütte, House Iris

Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. As is customary in vacation homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the highway.

The last bastion of Einbeck

Our half-timbered house, built around 1550, is located on the longest adjoining half-timbered house street in Lower Saxony and due to its central location in the city center, all sights are easily accessible on foot in a few minutes. The coziness of the half-timbered house is immediately noticeable. It is very family-friendly and our capable property management is always available. It has three levels, with the bedrooms on the upper floors only accessible via narrow stairs.

Relaxing getaway on approx. 100 square meters in an idyllic location

In the middle of Germany is our very nice and modernly furnished apartment for up to 6 people plus a toddler (travel cot) with a cozy covered terrace. In the idyllic little village of Barlissen between Göttingen, Hann Münden and Kassel. Everything is very quickly accessible by car and 5 minutes from the Drammetal highway junction Very recommended for families, friends, work colleagues and craftsmen, everyone is welcome with us :) Car is an advantage!

This beautiful modern apartment renovated with natural stone floors and lime plaster in the former glass studio Rautschke is beautifully located on the outskirts. In the light-flooded living area with a very nice view of the valley, you can enjoy spectacular sunsets. The apartment is completely on the ground floor and barrier-free. Modern meets half-timbered architecture from 1850. The old barn area can sleep, relax and enjoy 4 people. In addition to the tasteful Scandinavian-style décor with lots of wood, there is a wood-burning stove, a sauna and an interesting beam construction. The area between Solling and Harz is ideal for hiking, mountain biking and walking. Since 2026, the house has been completely supplied with renewable energy.
