Nice cottage of 90m² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a beautiful common area with a jetty in the summer months. There is no view of the water from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. The garden is completely undisturbed with room for games, sports and play.

The apartment has everything you need and is perfect for holidays and as a base for your experiences. There are many experiences nearby and it is only 35 minutes from Copenhagen and 20 minutes to Roskilde and Holbæk. There is a small garden where you can barbecue and play games. The flat consists of a small well equipped kitchen with stove, oven and microwawe, a bath room and a washing machine and a small bedroom with a bed for one person and a big wardrobe. In the living room there is a comfortable sofabed suitable for two persons, television and a table. The flat is recently renovated.
