We are located in a single-family housing estate in the outskirts of the small town of Barth. Shopping is a 5-minute walk away. Gastronomy is abundant. You can reach the sea in 45 minutes by bike and in 15 minutes by car. Travel time Ferry from the port of Barth to Zingst about 45 minutes.

Under a thatched roof, the apartment with an area of approximately 65 square meters offers two bedrooms with double bed or double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as an open living area with kitchen and dining area. Wunderbar gemütliche und ruhige Wohnung in Prerow gleich am Darßer Wald zehn Minuten per Fuß vom Nordstrand entfernt und zehn Minuten vom Dorfzentrum. Der Balkon zeigt nach Süden und von den Seitenfenstern sieht man auf Bäume, daher nennen wir die Wohnung unsere Baumwohnung. Unsere Wohnung ist in dem schönen Haus auf dem Reff in der Hülsenstrasse, das so gebaut wurde, daß sich die Gäste wohlfühlen können und nicht gestört werden.
