Unsere liebevoll eingerichtete reetgedeckte Doppelhaushälfte befindet sich in Neuendorf-Heide, einem kleinen Dorf am Saaler Bodden zwischen den Hansestädten Rostock und Stralsund. Die ehemalige Bauernkate, 1850 erbaut, bietet mit seinen 125 qm Wohnfläche und 1000 qm Grundstück Platz für 5 Personen. Die 3 Etagen des Cottages und der 3 geteilte Garten bieten Raum für Gemeinsamkeit, aber auch Rückzugsmöglichkeiten zum Entspannen. Ein Tag am Strand endet mit der Freude auf ein gemütliches Zuhause.

Cozy all year - with terrace & sauna. 6 beds & a folding couch allow for example two families to spend their vacation under one roof. Fancy some beach air, sand digging, birdwatching, salt water surfing; want to feel the wind when cycling and awe at marvelous sunsets ... ? off to Zingsthus! BTW: the name Zingsthus plays with "hus" / house in northern dialects.

Welcome to the newly built "angelangt" vacation home. With a lot of love for detail and an eye for the special, our house was built in 2021 and is open to all guests with the desire for a vacation in a special space. Arrive immediately on vacation when you enter the house. The spacious living and dining area invites you to sociable evenings. The decor is restrainedly cozy. Soft textures, atmospheric light, reduced colors and a touch of nature in the room.

Welcome to the stylish thatched roof house in a quiet location, only 100 m from the Bodden and close to the Baltic Sea - perfect for families, couples & friends. 3 bedrooms with double beds, 2 shower rooms (1 with bathtub), fireplace, sauna, Sky TV & fully equipped kitchen. Large south-west terrace by the pond. Ideal starting point for bike tours and nature experiences. Dogs are welcome. Towels, bed linen and parking included.

Our apartment (36 square meters) is suitable for a cozy Baltic Sea vacation, ideal for 2 people. A large balcony with an awning invites you to linger outside. Guest parking is available on the premises. Storage facilities for bicycles are also provided. The windows of the living room and bedroom are equipped with shutters and insect screens. No pets allowed in the apartment. In the high season, we usually only rent by the week.

Just end a great day in the sauna under the roof or enjoy the sunset comfortably on the terrace. The house offers space for the whole family and still plenty of retreats if someone needs peace and quiet. Not far away, the Bodden with its sandy beach invites you to swim.

With a view of the best view of the Bodden – the house stretches over about 90 sqm over two floors. On the ground floor is the spacious living area with open fully equipped kitchen and conservatory. Here you can also access the spacious bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs is the large bedroom with additional small toilet. The spacious balcony with its almost unique view over the Bodden invites you to relax.

Crooked Kate

The Schiefe Kate is a completely new and lovingly restored small vacation home, which will be rented for the first time starting in summer 2020. The house is centrally located on a street in Wieck and is the ideal starting point for many beautiful tours. A car parking space is located next to the small property, which includes two terraces.

Welcome to our apartment ABENDROT (sunset) which is perfect for a family who is looking for a timeout at the Baltic Sea. From the cosy furnished maisonette apartment it is only a short walk to the lagoons and just a 6 minutes drive to the seaside.
